WebTPA

It’s been over 9 months and am still waiting for them to do something with MULTIPLE claims submitted. Nothing. They won’t contact you if there is a problem — you have to keep contacting them. They have «lost» my claims numerous times, they even told me they never received claims that were sent in the same envelope with claims they said they did receive! I have had to call the doctor’s office 3 times to have them refax forms that they keep saying they didn’t receive despite the fact that the doctor’s office has records of sending the claims each time. They make you do all the work for them and then they will do nothing but say they didn’t receive it or the doctor’s office sent the wrong item, etc… excuses, excuses, excuses. This place is the worst. Everyone hates insurance companies and this place epitomizes the reason why.

This is an excellent healthcare third party administrator! I have received nothing but wonderful customer service from for WebTPA! They very clearly explained to me that my employer is self-​funded and that WEB-​TPA is the third party administrator, not he insurance company and that my employer is actually the one bearing the risk and paying the claims. I don’t know why my employer never explained that to me before, but I am very thankful that WebTPA was there for me!
