Wings were poorly prepared and overcooked. I ordered a 12 piece honey barbecue and my wings were hard as bricks.

Service was great, felt welcomed, was greeted, and assured my order would be correct. We dined in, it was not crowded on this day, the tables are not too close, music was easy listening. I take it can get crowded, but again, that was not an issue on this day. Not sure WIFI is available, so not all networks will connect when you dine in. Outside of that, food, service, and expectations were god all around.

I ordered a 8 piece wing combo. The cashier taking the order had a very nasty attitude and act like she didn’t wanna give me my receipt and change after I payed for my meal. After I payed she did not offer me a drink or ask what kinda dipping sauce I wanted with my meal!!! Just ridiculous!!! I’m in the customer service work and this is uncalled for. Best believe I will be contacting the owner of the business asap

I wish I could give this two different Star ratings … because dining in would be 2 Stars and pick-up would be 4 Stars. Whether you dine-in or pick-up … CALLFIRST to place your order. It only takes 12−15mins for your order to be ready, but this location is so busy that it sometimes take 20 – 25 mins for your order to be ready. Because they are so busy, their service is poor. It always seems chaotic… people in line, people walking around the back of registers, people answering phones, cooks walking back and forth from grease to bowls, someone fixing drinks… it’s just a lot of people moving around. Around food that’s about to be served to customers. Note: The new menu is so confusing. The tables area is tight. They do a poor job busting tables after people leave. The bathroom wasn’t that clean when I went in… the trash was overflowing. They have 3 TVs just to say they have TVs, the size is so small and they’re position to where you can really see them from all seats without hurting your neck. Pick-up is completely different experience. You’ll still have to wait in line because there’s not a To-Go line. But if you time it right, you’ll be in and out of there pretty quick. I’ve used them several times for football watch parties… again, the key is to call ahead and you’ll be fine.

I stopped going to this place years ago because they were so slow. Tonight I decided to give them another chance and I was disappointed again. I paid for my wings then they told me it would take 22 minutes. What??? Please refund my money. They refused. Telling me to call a number. I just gave you my money… They were so clueless. Why the hell should I call the owner for a refund. I decided to wait and it took them all of the 22 minutes. For Wings??? WTH. bad bad bad place.

I have been going to this wing stop location(beltline rd in irving) for years since i live close by. Never had a problem until last night. Found a disgusted hair in my daughters wings. Called store immediately and promised a full refund. Instructed to call owner for refund. Owner refusing to refund meal as promised. My family will never go back to any wing stop after such poor food quality and lack of customer service.

It’s Wingstop people… how can this be a bad idea? My coworkers and I frequent this location for lunch and we have found that ordering online is an awesome feature. Since the wings and things are made to order, why not have it ready when you arrive? It takes about 16 minutes from the moment you hit«submit» so allows plenty of time to sit and savor the flavor or your choice. The service is always nice… never had any order problems. The price is a BIT high as it’s over $ 9 for 6 wings, fries and a drink but it’s the price of eating some fresh wings I suppose. The fries though… Ah-MAZE-ING. They must have crack on them of some sorts because you cannot deny their fries are some of the best in the food industry! OHOHOH. the ranch is the best also, so combine the fries with ranch and you’re pretty much in heaven!

It’s WingStop, you already know how this goes… Select your favorite sauces and explore how hot your tastebuds can handle! They deliver, which is great, and they are open late(until midnight) which is fantastic! No more am I stuck with Wendy’s, Jack or Whataburger after ten pm! MON&TUES are FIFTYCENTWINGS! I noticed on my recent walk in visit that there is a new flavor, Serrano pepper, which Id like to try next time. My favorite on the mild scale is BBQ and Hawaiian. Mango habanero is a must try for spicy lovers! I haven’t felt bold enough to order Atomic wings for myself, but I nibbled off someone else and boy are they hot! Glad I found this little place for variety off Beltline. No bad experiences yet. I even walked in 18 mins before closing and they weren’t rude or acted like they wanted me out, like how some places do. Nice.

I eat here every weekend with my husband. We like the place they just never season our fries or the fries always seem halfway cooked.

Terrible service. Website provides the wrong phone number. Cant make accomidations for customers. During business hours you can call and just get a busy signal. They have given us the wrong sauce and told us that we were basically sol. I just refuse to ever do business with them again.

I really liked this place until today. Not because of the food but about the service. They told me to wait for 18 minutes for my to-go order but kept me waiting for about an hour. Didn’t say anything, just walked out of the store got home and found out that the wings were completely cold. Just ruined my mood and my day. This Is the issue I got. Sorry wing stop«belt line» not good.

My last review they didn’t season the fries at ALL… since then we have been back to this location @least twice and things were better. I like the Louisiana rub seasoning on my fries better. This time we git the 24 piece family meal with ALL lemon pepper and 4 Louisiana rub wings for me. Of course ranch and veggie sticks. Aa long as the food is hot and well seasoned I have no complaints. Wingstop always wins because they stay open late and they are our standby when we miss everything else from closing. They really need to update their drink machine. This would be a big plus

I called into Wingstop to place an order for pickup and it worked out great. I didn’t have to wait on hold and they read my order back to me. At the store, they asked me my name and handed over our food. The place smells great and we were in and out in less than five minutes. I enjoyed the lemon pepper wings.

If you want piping hot wings and fries, Wingstop is your place to go. The only thing missing is a Coca-Cola Freestyle Machine. Other than that, they have a great variety of flavors for their wings(bone-in or boneless). If you like to get wings for cheap, the best days to go are on Monday and Tuesday where they have 50 Cent boneless wings… and join their e-club if possible, they may have free/discount coupons for you to print out on your next visit. Just my couple pieces of advice.

Great wings as you’ve come to expect from Wing Stop, but they absolutely kill you with the add-on pricing scam. I’m a little stingy, true, but you get no free ranch(75 cents each!), no free water(50 cents for a crummy Nestle bottled water), and no free carrot sticks or celery(not sure if they’ve ever had this, but Pluckers used to back in the day). Just nickle and diming you at every step of the way. Next time I’m bringing my own bottle of ranch dressing.

I went there again last weekend, I must admit the mild wings were more suited for my taste. I’ll be back. ^.^
