Great topping selection and reasonable prices. A lot of families come here. & can get crowded. However, it’s also in such a convenient location. We go here before/after grocery shopping.

Love this place!!! I’d be here every-single-day if I could. Although they need to bring back this other guy who was always very helpful and great customer service. Forgot his name«/ Overall a great place to go and just chill.

I come here all the time, and I really like it. The yogurt tastes great and they change their flavors all the time. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the place is a little too small.

08/09/2015. Just got out of here and i would have given positive review if it wasnt due to the poor customer service. The yogurt tasted great we got our yogurt paid and as we were looking for a seat the entire place was full and there was 2 tables on the side with the chairs aside we pulled them out and a male that works there says«you cant sit there» i replied«is this how youre really going to talk to your customer?» He said«well were closing». I looked at the time it was 10:23pm and they close at 11pm. All the other seats were taken and he wouldnt let us just pull out the empty chairs to the empty tables 2 feet away to sit and enjoy our yogurt. Is it really that much work to put the 2 chairs back costing your customer satisfaction??. Because of his rude service we ate our yogurt in the car and did not enjoy it a single bit. We just spent $ 14 for 2 yogurts and it went to the trash. I call that lazy customer service and very rude. If youre closing 45 minutes earlier then why is the store full??? And why are people allowed to sit everywhere else??? Its just 2 extra chairs you were going to have to clean. But you due to your laziness and rudeness you lost 2 customers and I am sure many more.

With bunch of friends and their kids we headed to Marble Slab on MacArther to cool us down from 100+ temperature, but my friend took turn a bit early and ended up in Yogurt Zone. We decided to give it a try anyway. This is a self-serve frozen yogurt with 12 flavors and tons of toppings to load up your cup with. I have tried 4 – 5 flavors. The flavors are average, loved the strawberry and mango poppers toppings though. The dark chocolate yogurt didn’t look or tasted dark, that was a disappointment. The California tart is tarty, but I would go to Pinkberry if I wanted to have tarty yogurt. Probably won’t be a go to place, but kids loved the experience.

This is the perfect froyo joint with the perfect yogurt flavors and the perfect toppings! I’ve tried several froyo spots across the world, so I guess you could say I’m something like a yogurt connoisseur. I always experience friendly and welcoming staff, a clean and well maintained facility, and fresh toppings!

Craving fro-yo? This place definately knows how to serve up yogurt to hit the spot. Over a dozen different flavors and tons of toppings. I highly recommend this place for a sweet treat. Beware if you go during the evening time, it’s packed full of families and yogurt lovers. I’ve never seen a place as packed as this. The manager does a great job offering up dozens of fresh toppings and ensuring the cleanliness of the store. Be sure to grab a frequent yogurt zone punch card. I got a 12oz cup for free after I filled my punch card up. Just a note there is inside and outside seating. Enjoy!

Decent selection although pricey like most of these fad yogurt bars are. Good location but tough parking and difficult to get in and out during the busiest hours. Limited seating, I like Orangecup better but since this is in the area I would recommend it.

Yogurt zone is expensive for me. I got a small cup with my usual topping that I get from everywhere. $ 4.97, whoa. I barely got any yogurt in it. The lack of variety of flavor was a turn off. The flavors weren’t executed well. It was too tart and not creamy. I got the strawberry kiwi and only because I liked it better than the other flavors. Will not be back.

Really delicious yogurt, a great atmosphere, and all for a cheap price tag make this yogurt place my favorite in the Irving area. They have plenty of toppings ranging from fruits to different cookies and chocolates. My favorite flavors so far are the Banana Bread and the Cookies n’ Cream. Definitely both winners in my book. I would definitely put this on my list for a casual, cheap, but fun, date night. ~Carpe Diem~

This is my favorite frozen yogurt place ever. It’s clean, and I love all the flavors/toppings. I’ve been to every frozen yogurt place in the area… as well as some of the super popular ones in California. The staff are very nice. My favorite flavors are strawberry, original, and coconut. I’m also pretty simple in that I love Mochi as a topping. They have a frequent customer punch card that equals free yogurt.

A good way to beat Texas heat and get probiotics. They have lots of flavors and toppings. I always end up getting too many kinds and ruin the taste. Nice staffs and outside seating. YogurtZone is definitely a HappyZone !!

Frozen yogurt places make me not recognize this Country. Fat kids ordering $ 10 of yogurt, while treating their mother like garbage. Grown men decorating their yogurt with colorful sprinkles. People taking 20 minutes to craft the perfect cup of yogurt, can I skip them or do I have to wait in line? That being said, this is the yogurt spot my daughter prefers. I bring her here as a treat after she does something special, not just for the hell of it.

Clean place and brightly lit. I had the California tart with dark chocolate pieces and bananas. It was decent fro yo. I liked that the staff was constantly straightening things up and cleaning. Next to corner bakery.

Loved this yogurt shop! So many different choices of yogurt(red velvet was a choice) and so many toppings. i ended up choosing a salted caramel yogurt with a few different type of nuts. The young man working at the counter was super nice and the place was kept really clean. I also ended up paying about $ 3 for a pretty good serving size which shocked me as I thought it would be a lot more. They also offered a low fat low sugar option(in vanilla) if you are watching sugar intake. The location was also very clean and quiet. There is both inside and outside seating

This place has easily turned into one of my favorite fro-yo joints for one reason — ISLANDEFFIN’ COCONUT. Mind BLOWN. When I first came here about two years ago, I was a Yumilicious loyal, but the new Las Colinas location wasn’t open yet. I couldn’t get into YZ and the mediocre flavors and overwhelming abundance of tart flavors. I’m not a huge tart fro-yo fan with the exception of Yumilicious Avocado Tart, so I crossed YZ off my list until about three months ago when the first 80-degree day made an appearance. Enter Island Coconut! Somewhat fresh off a week-long stay in Hawaii, I had been craving another good tropical-esque dessert experience. I think I cried a little loading my pink cup [gotta have the pink cup] with the magical tastes of coconut fro-yo mixed with pineapples, coconut flakes and slivered almonds. Just like that, I was back in the tropics, and YZ had secured a warm beachfront spot in my heart. Personal selection aside, YZ seems to have evened out their ratio of tart versus LF versus NF. They even had a dairy-free option with Watermelon Sorbet that almost made its way into my last pink cup a few days ago. I LOVE their selection of toppings. The fruit is fresh and well-stocked, and they have a nice array of squeeze toppings from chocolate to caramel to condensed milk. There was a small post-it that said sugar-free was available upon request. Not wanting to delay my next islandy experience, I skipped it. There are two things that would take YZ to the top of the chart for me: 1) Cake or brownie ‘bottoms’ and 2) Don’t be so darn stingy with the sample cups! If I’m going to make an educated decision about my fro-yo, then two single-use cups are NOT going to help that cause.
