I found Chef Roscoe, through a friend, and hired him to work an outdoor BBQ for about 60⁄80 people. He had a great menu, never stopped working, and always had a smile. He made my guests laugh, made their food to order, and they still talk about him. We will be hiring Chef Roscoe again in the future.
