Computer Medix

I spilled iced tea on my MacBook Pro. My Apple warranty is up as I’ve had my MacBook for over a year. Apple wanted to charge $ 1240 to replace everything inside regardless of whether each part was damaged or not. I called several other computer repair shops, including Apple specific ones, and they were all afraid to even open the machine and look at it.
Computer Medix saved me over half of Apple’s repair cost by promptly diagnosing the problem, tearing the entire machine apart, cleaning everything, and removing, cleaning and soldering the infected pieces back onto the logic board. I’m highly impressed with the level of service here!
The only turnoff was that one of the technicians inappropriately shared his negative perspective of Apple products. Despite this, I recommend Computer Medix to any Apple user!

I love these guys… they’re friendly, fast and very helpful… I’ve taken my broken computer there twice and both times they were wonderful.
They work on the computers there, — they don’t ship them somewhere else to be worked on by God-​knows who (which is what the Geek Squad does).
Yeah, it’s a bit of a schlep for me to drive from Murrysville to Irwin, but I happily take my computer there because I know these guys will take care of what’s wrong with it.
