Stopped by to see how much it would cost to replace the glass face of my wristwatch. They said they send watches to someone at another location for repairs and estimates, and that it could take a couple weeks. After 4 weeks they called to say it would be $ 80. I told them no thanks, I’d like to just come pick it up and not have it repaired. It took another 3 weeks before it was back at their store for pickup. Then I took it to a jeweler in Greensburg on a Saturday. They gave me a price on the spot of $ 30 for the repair and said it would be done in a week. I’m giving GDC 2 stars instead of 1 star because the young guy who was there when I picked up the watch was very patient and polite, and took the time to show me some other new watches that they had available for sale, in case I decided to buy a new one instead of repairing the old one.
