Nick gave me the best haircut I have ever had. I have very thick curly hair and I am usually unhappy anytime I get it cut. not this time! He did an amazing job! So much so that I’m waiting 2 weeks just to see him!

I love Nick and Nicole — I even drove the morning of my wedding from Saxonburg to Irwin just to have him do my updo. They’re talented, professional, and just really nice people.

My hair is something that is constantly changing, so I have always been picky about my stylist. Paige has always done a fabulous job on my hair. Everyone at the salon is so nice and keeps up on the latest hair trends. Nicole, the owner, runs a great business!

My boyfriend and I both love getting our hair cut by Nick! They’re really good about working around your schedule. The salon is really clean and if my boyfriend or I have any questions Nick always answers them. I havent found another salon in the area that is even close to the service that you get at Primp. Definitely give it a try, you wont be disappointed!

I have never had a better experience at a hair salon! I’ve been going to the same stylist for fifteen years and she recently moved! Having researched various salons on Unilocal I was frustrated that none would live up to the services of my previous stylist. One day I was out getting my nails done in Tropiano plaza and decided to check out the new salon next door, «Primp.» I was drawn in my the sharp design. The décor is a perfect balance of modern and forties vintage. So cute!
I was greeted by the owner Nicole, and though she was busy she offered to sit down with me for a consultation. After explaining my disposition she went through a detailed description of how she would do my cut and style, highlights and lowlights, and what conditioning treatments the salon offered. I scheduled an appointment for the following week and was amazed at the results!
All of us blondes know how tricky it can be to get a healthy natural looking set of highlights. Nicole did a mixture of champagne and gold highlights with tea and subtle bronze lowlights. Having coarse hair she offered an affordable protein pack that left my locks silky. I even entrusted her to shape and wax my brows!
This salon is top notch with lower prices than other high-​end salons, I would suggest to anyone looking for a new salon to go on the website or stop into Primp for a visit!
