First time here, and I would gladly use them again. I called the day before (there was no answer) and also used the form online. They called me back and I learned if they picked up my materials there would be a fee, or I could drop them off for FREE. Since it is located between home and work, I decided to just drop everything off. I loaded my car with my person e-​waste, and once I was at work loaded all that e-​waste as well. Jay helped me unload everything from my car, which included a CPU, 2 monitors, a few phones, a large box of various computer components and wires, 2 shredders, broken Christmas lights, 2 keyboard/​mouse sets, a lamp and more. Fast, courteous service with a smiles. They are open all week, which is way better than waiting till there is a local e-​waste event in the city. Definitely recommend!

I was going to arrange a pick up (25.90). But being the cheap S.O.B. that I am. I decided to self deliver instead. It took Me a bit to find them. But once I did. It was a quick unload and I was out of there.

Call them, got a pickup the next day. Came and got 10 computers, 10 ups, and a handful of other very heavy things. Didn’t complain about being on the second floor or anything. Very professional. Came and picked up right on time. Would definitely call again.
