I’ve been coming to this place for over 15 years and they only messed up on my order once! Which was caught right before I left the restaurant. Employees are always trying their best and their food is always fresh and on point!

This Jack-in-the-Box is horrible. It’s so bad I downloaded this app just to write this review. I had a breakfast sandwich prepared February27th 2015 At 4AM got to work to eat it. Half the bun was gone, how does that happen. I like Jack-in-the-Box but will never return to this one. I will be stopping at McDonald’s.

I wouldn’t even rate this place if I could. Manager was working the cash register, and it was very busy. I ordered some tacos with a drink. When I sat down to eat I noticed something in my ice! There was a damn maggot/worm frozen in my ice!!! I wanted to throw up! I went and showed the manager and all she had to say was«we don’t change the ice machines another company comes to do it.» She handed me a cheesecake to basically«shut me up.» I will be reporting this to the health department. I post a picture of the ice cube as well.

Terrible service, rude employees, ghetto location and management is not knowledgeable of their own policies! I attempted to pay for a small purchase with a roll of nickels and was given an attitude. The manager, Irma, who can barely speak English, told me I was lucky they would even service me for attempting to pay with change. What?! She also told me it was corporate policy that they don’t accept change as payment. So I contacted corporate and asked for a confirmation of the policy of not accepting change as a form of payment. Got a call from the general manager who said there was none. He wanted to talk to me about this more and left a number to call him back but every call I made was met with a busy tone. I think I’m gonna call corporate directly now.

this is the worst jack in the box ever. DONOTGOHEREIFURON A 30MINLUNCHBRAKE. i always order thru the drive thru n it takes them 20 min to get me my food. horrible i definately have given em chance after chance hopin theyll speed things up but no so im done wit this place. if i could give it 0 stars i would. it seems like u seriously need to make reservations to this place.

I love jack in the box but this jack in the box is horrible i don’t know if its the night shift workers. we get our food late night i usually get the chicken sandwich and curly fries:) and sometimes the jalapeño chili poppers… when we get it the food is always beyond fried or burnt… so i do not recommend this jack…

It’s a franchise so what you could expect. Food quality is not stable. Sometimes it’s fresh but sometimes it’s bad on my salad. Service is 3 stars too. Some staff will really stick their head out to reach you and give you your change back or food. However, some staffs are inexperience and slow.
