I was happy with the service and the prices here. They cut my Diamond plate for me at 5 bucks per cut and the finished product turned out great. They were really busy, but they still got me out fast. Will definitely return for any other metal needs.

I like the one in Irwindale, ie Arrow Pipe and Steel! While Industrial Metal in Sunland has a bigger selection, their prices suck and their service is crap (always takes an hour to get out of there after I purchased a single piece.) I’d go to Arrow any time I could, just wish a bigger selection on stainless. They have just about everything else though in just about whatever you would normally find.

It took a little longer than I thought because they were busy but I did get what I was looking for and the cost wasn’t crazy.
I’d shop here again.

I have been here SEVERAL times and mostly shop from the «remnant» pile. The one black haired woman charged us for a full cut length of steel one time saying it was cheaper. She has told us that several times but they charge fifty cents a pound for remnant steel. They have screwed us out of over $ 300 in steel. They are mostly highly priced on simple stuff. The guy that said they were cheap has clearly never been here before. They charged us over $ 300 for a piece of 2 ¼ inch pipe 20 feet long. After we bought it we found out at IPS (highest priced place possible) that they sell it for $ 150. Wtf?! The sad thing is none of the steel you get is US made. It’s all untied emirates or Thailand. Just bs. I still go here cuz on pipe fittings they usually pull cheap prices. Expanded metal sheet is $ 40 for a 4×8 sheet which is cheap. Plate and pipe is over priced.

Stopped by with an open company checkbook ready to make some heavy purchases for an upcoming high budget prototype project.
Unfortunately for Patton, the attending employee was one of the most churlish individuals I have ever encountered in a potential business transaction, and clearly did not want money coming into his establishment, so I left and took my business elsewhere.
