My daughters and I went looking for attire for an Indian wedding. It was a bit overwhelming with all of the different styles, brilliant colors and spectacular fabrics. But we were patiently guided through the wonderful options, and given excellent advice on styles and colors. The staff showed us how to dress in a saree, and gave us helpful info on how to wear one.
Shashank spoke excellent English and was was wonderful in helping us find the perfect sarees for our shape and coloring. We did a bit of comparison shopping at other stores in the area, and Saree Bazar had the best prices by far. There was no bargaining so we knew what were were getting, and the price was very fair. The shop seems to be very popular with Indians as well. Shashank told us of a very local tailor to have our blouses made to match our sarees at a very reasonable price.
My daughters and I were so fortunate to have found Saree Bazar. We would highly recommend Saree Bazar to other looking for a large selection of Inidan wear at a fair price, and with helpful shop staff.

I came to Saree Bazar after hours of searching for three similar/​identical saris for bridesmaids in almost every clothing store store in Edison, NJ. I expected to be disappointed, but was pleasantly surprised by the collection, the general price range of the saris, and the fantastic customer service. Not only was I treated very well throughout the experience, but I was never pushed into buying something I didn’t want — something I sincerely appreciate after visiting some of the other stores. This was the only store that seemed to understand the concept of a «bridesmaid sari,» and I found everything I needed for my out-​of-​state wedding within a half hour. Shashak from Saree Bazar made the experience even better with his knowledge, easy going spirit, and attention to detail! Great job, Saree Bazar, and thank you so much for the beautiful, blue saris. I can’t wait to give them to my bridesmaids!

Amazing service. Nice people who don’t pressure you to buy stuff and help you find what you are looking for. Prices are very fair and there is a decent selection. We were look for unstiched salwaar kameez.

Great service. We went there looking for nice sharees and found something great! I was easy going and found something fancy and expensive for Avery inexpensive price! (We bargained well). But at the end of the day we were happy with the service and we plan on coming back again when needed!

I have had the best experience at Saree Bazar. I shopped for the entire wedding party here which included sarees and kurtahs. Not only do they have fantastic selection at reasonable prices, but the service was superb. The owner, Shashank Gupta is a gem. He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very flexible. He made the wedding party shopping easy and fun. He also directed me to their sister Bridal store, Nazaraana where his sister runs the show! I was able to find the bridal saree there. Both places have an amazing selection. Shashank in Saree Bazaar and his sister in Shia at Nazraana are a dynamite duo. Who needs to shop in India!
