Gutter Helmet of Ocean & Monmouth County Inc

I had Gutter Helmet installed 15 years ago. At the time I was advised of their guarantee however after five years we needed to have our shingles replaced. The contractor said they would reset the gutter helmet which would void our gutter helmet guarantee but the added expense to us to have gutter guard removed and reinstalled would put the roofing job out of reach for us (retired on a fixed income). Last year a tree hit our gutters and damaged a few panels of Gutter Guard and I called them for help — I told them that I knew my warranty was void but would pay them for time and materials and they came out and replaced the damaged sections
This year it had further damage from tree limbs and called again this time they said they would not do the repair and said my only option was to install new for the entire roof (over 240 ft)
I told the manager that two years before they had made the repair but the manager was firm.
I am happy with the Gutter Guard but very disappointed that they could not reach a way of working with us
If I had purchased a dishwasher and voided the warranty the repair service would charge me for the repair and not tell me to go buy another washer
