Just made my second purchase from leather tree. I bought a briefcase and I’m very happy with it. I called them for recommendations. The customer service rep asked me several questions about my needs and then made a recommendation. He was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice. Their leather goods are not cheap but the value is spot on with the leather quality and great service. Very happy customer

I have been a loyal customer of Leather Tree for many years. A problem presented itself with a new laptop brief case I ordered($ 375.00) My laptop would not fit the case and should have. It is a 15″ laptop and the case is to fit 15″ laptops. Leather Tree would not work with me and allow me to upgrade to a larger case and return the smaller size. I am out almost $ 400 from this company that prides itself in Customer Service. Don’t take the advertised size of the bags and cases they sell, as accurate. Leather Tree will not stand behind them… no matter what they tell you. SHOPSOMEWHEREELSE for your leather products.

I am SOOOO happy with my leather portfolio that I purchased from Leather Tree. The leather is very high quality — its smooth and very soft. Also, the initial embossing looks very elegant. The zippered compartment inside is big enough to fit my iPhone and blackberry so I’m very pleased. Also, I called the company and let them know I needed it right away and I received it within 3 calendar days(even though one of those days was the 4th of July!) Overall, I would give this company an A+!!!
