Great Chinese, fast delivery, have ordered from them for over 10 year with never an issue.

Not recommended, not at all. No passion for the food they cook. Hate it when the first thing I taste is cockroch droppings. The steamed veg dumping’s were not to bad but that’s it.

Long Beach has its fair share of Chinese take out restaurants, with minimal décor and seating that is usually not the cleanest. I’m a fan of this place for a few reasons:
1) five words — salt and pepper fried squid. We were so happy to find this in their appetizer section, because we used to have to trek it out to Flushing or Chinatown. It can sometimes be a little over battered but they usually get it right.
ok, so if you’re not into squid…
2) wonton soup — I prefer the small white wontons to the bigger versions, reminds me of dim sum. The broth is not too salty as other wonton soups tend to be.
3) the bro is a big fan of egg foo young and is partial to their version after trying many of the other local Chinese take out joints.
4) the friendly staff; the lady who works there has even brought my food to my car saving me the hassle of leaving my kids alone, even if it’s for less than a minute.
So for those times when I can’t get to Chinatown, (who am I kidding? I can barely get to Flushing Chinatown these days) this place satisfies my salt and pepper squid craving just fine.
