I was a customer of Gibbons Pools for almost ten years. I spent a lot of money with them. We are now very disappointed in their service.
The pool heater they installed failed this spring.
I asked them to come and service the product. They said no. They said they refused to service my account. I asked for the owner to call me and he will not call me.
Don’t do business with them. they don’t back up their products and treat their customers very poorly.
