Long Island Power Solutions

I had Joe from LIPS in for an analysis and estimate, he was very informative about his program and some of the other options provided by other companies. Unfortunately, due to a large tree on my property I don’t have the proper exposure and didn’t get it.

Long Island Power Solutions installed our system almost 5 years ago now. We also added the battery option so we could run if PSEG goes down. Looks great, works great. Clean professional install. This year marks when the savings has officially paid for the system. It’s all pure profit from here on out. No leases, no more payments, we own it.

I highly recommend LIPS. Joe Milillo is not only a nice guy, but one of the most honest people I’ve ever met.

I have known the guys at LIPS for 8 years. They were my electrical contractor before they did solar at my house. I must say when it comes down to it, they know their stuff. I Interviewed two other solar contractors. Their prices were slightly better, but I did not feel they had the expertise that LIPS had. I was right. The entire process with LIPS was seemless. From sight survey to install and closeout was a pleasure. I have saving money ever since. They had multiple options for me to choose from including ownership, lease and PPA. We decided to buy. It was the best option for us. Mike and Joe are a great team. They are NABCEP certified and licensed electricians, a great combination. I highly recommend them.

I did a lot of homework, when it came to finding a installer to install my solar, I learned a lot, I think I had 5 companies, come to my house out of the 5 there was only one I liked, it was a company called Long Island Power Solutions, Joe came over to my house, he explained everything to me, he also gave me a good price, the workmanship was awesome, I watched them from the first day, I asked them how long will it take, they told me they take there time and they don’t rush, it will be on your house for over 25 years, I said great, that is what you like to hear, nice neat job, I have had my system, March 2014 was 2 years, what I like about Joe he told me what my system should produce, he also told me I will produce more then he is telling me, he was right, for the last 2 years lipa owed me money, this was the best investment I have ever made, also Long Island Power Solutions was the right choice, check them out, you will be happy you did. thanks Again Joe
