Summer Wind Stained Glass

This is one of my favorite glass shops!
They have a very wide range of supplies, including many hard-​to-​find items (stained glass hobbyists know that finding supplies is half the battle with maintaining this hobby.) They also have beautiful pieces of glass to choose from, and again, some hard to find colors that are difficult to attain anywhere else. I’m pretty sure they offer a student discount, but call and double check, just to be safe.
Summer Wind has repair service available, but I’m not sure about their rates. One thing I do know is that if I had some cherished stained glass piece that needed repair, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it here. It’s been a while since I’ve visited, but I remember that the people were so nice that I left in shock. I would definitely trust them to do a quality repair job.
Once I had a check bounce here and they were totally awesome about it. There were some unauthorized charges on my account, and they were patient about waiting until I settled the dispute with my bank. They didn’t assume I was a derelict and yell at me (like many other retailers did that week) and that just goes to show the quality of people you’ll deal with here.
