Donna was awesome! She listened to my every request and my haircut turned out perfect! I’ve had stylists in the past get «sheer» happy and take off much more than I want but Donna took off exactly what I told her to. She was very anal about getting every out of place hair and turned my mop of a bob into a fabulous a-​symmetrical one. I even received a coupon for a free blow out for being a new customer. I’ll definitely be back.

I have never been to Jon Joseph Salon but on their staff is a stylist who does not listen to her clients.
Before she started working for that salon, she cut my hair into what was supposed to be an inverted angle bob. That was in December 2012.
Since then, I have done everything except shave my head to grow out the «style» she gave me.
I have fine, thin hair. When she took a razor to the left side of my head, I told her not to. I begged her not to. She didn’t listen to me. She said she had to thin my hair out because there was too much of it.
Did I mention I have fine, THIN, hair? And that she did this only to my left side?
She had been cutting my hair prior to this so she knew what my hair texture was.
After going to 3 different stylists, taking biotin every day, letting my hair grow 12 weeks without a cut, I STILL cannot grow out the debacle of a cut she gave me. All 3 stylists told me I had two different haircuts. On my right side, the hair falls beautifully — all in one direction toward my chin. On my left side, the hair is choppy, and falls in an S wave, toward the back of my head.
I went from being a very photogenic woman to one who will not pose for any pictures at all. Every day is a nightmare trying to style my hair. I dread it. I dread having to be seen in public because I have this horrible style that will not leave my head.
If you know what is good for you, you will not ask for this woman when you make an appointment and you will not allow the salon to assign her to you.
