Good customer service with great price, they are really down-to-earth guys and very honest about what’s going on my my car. Got it fixed with reasonable price, they also have tool rentals services I haven’t noticed and I’ll rent from them for sure because I can really trust these guys! Support local too! Nice clean room with no traditional car shop smell, kids friendly with a drawing board and FREE WIFI!

I used to go to Express Tune all the time so since they had a sign out for an oil change for $ 18.99 at the new ownership I decided to try it. When I went to pickup my car my oil change turned into over $ 40. I have an average normal car. He did take off $ 10 so it was only $ 30 in the end but still way more than advertised. I won’t be going back.

Used to be Express Tune in Issaquah and is now Automotor. I’ve been bringing my car here for years and have always had a positive experience. Whether it was just for an oil change or getting my car serviced for high mileage, they have kept my car running without issues.
They keep it simple and do a good job!

This is the same shop as ExpressTune (in Issaquah easily 20+ years), my one stop auto service place. New owner bought it, changed the name, renovated the lobby area, provided some snacks and wi-fi.
This is my 2^nd time here for the first-come-first-serve oil change. Very nice folks; same mechanics in the back.
Just heard they started entering re-sell used car business. Or if you are looking for a particular car, they can search for you.
