Came here to get our corsages and boutonnieres for prom! Ordered a couple days ahead and they were absolutely gorgeous when we picked them up! If you need to order corsages and boutonnieres for prom, homecoming or whatever it is, I would totally recommend Cinnamons! Costs about more than the average place but absolutely worth it.

Horrible business! We had flowers ordered for us, same day delivery, on Friday. The following Thursday the sender asked about them only to find out they had never been sent. The sender called the florist and had the flowers delivered Thursday. When they showed up, I asked about them not coming on Friday, and the woman delivering them blamed Telaflora saying they are always messing it up, which, in fact, wasn’t the company that was used. In fact we were told by the company (who I am not going to name because they helped with this situation) that they were ordered from that this florist was out of the roses and lilies on Friday. So they should have known why this couldn’t go out and been able to contact us or the sender.
I would NOT order a thing from this florist. They seem to have poor customer service and blame other people for that. They COMPLETELY RUINED the surprise congratulatory gift the sender was trying to send us, plus when we got the flowers they were missing key pieces from what was ordered, and frankly it looked like they quickly put together what they could find to cover themselves. It was more disappointing received a hurried and poorly done bouquet than it would have been just having the order canceled completely. It really makes me wonder how often something like this happens where they pocket the money (the sender was charged on the Friday they were supposed to be delivered) and the flowers never get delivered. Funerals and hospitalizations are things I would be concerned about not hearing back from the recipient on.
There are GREAT florists in the surrounding area. Don’t waste time or money on this one, and if you do use them, be sure to constantly follow up with them until you know for a fact the flowers have been delivered.

Excellent new ownership! What a change in quality from past design and product. Skilled, creative designers and customer satisfaction. I bought some flowers today for a friend in the hospital up at Swedish in the Issaquah Highlands, which is very close and the flowers were gorgeous and the price was very reasonable. Largest stock I’ve ever seen!
I highly recommend this small local business for all of your floral purchases.

I am giving 5 stars for great customer service. My husband and I were notified of a funeral service for a friend on a Friday and most florist were unable to deliver flowers to the service that was being held on Monday. So, we decided to pick up the flowers and hand deliver them.
So my husband went to this florist Saturday to order the flowers and we needed them early Monday morning. The store doesn’t open until later but the owner was gracious enough to meet us at the store at 830am so that we could have the flowers. She didn’t have a little card for us because the delivery hasn’t been made yet, so instead she gave us a full size sympathy card for the inconvenience. I thought she was very kind in how she handled the situation. The arrangement was beautiful with white roses and lilies in basket so that it was easy for us to carry to the service.
The appearance of the store could have been more tidy and displays could have been more visually appealing. But I was very impressed by the service we received on such short notice.

I just received a Birthday bouquet from this shop. While the lady that delivered them was very kind… I was a little bummber out by the envelope missing a card. I had to call to see who they were from. I found out that they were from my father (who I have not seen in 20 yrs… that’s a whole other story) and step-​mother. Kinda important, don’t you think. I called to ask them to deliver the card and instead the lady on the phone said that the driver was busy, but she could read me the card. Wow. After that sunk in, I called back. I demanded that it be dropped off as it is very imporant to me. Her response was «it’s just a generic card»…Maybe she doesn’t understand that it will be kept as a memry from a very important person in my life. Anywho, supposedly it will be dropped of tomorrow.

My Mom called yesterday to see if I had received a bouquet that she had sent for my birthday. Unfortunately at almost 5:00 pm, I had not received any flowers. Mom had apparently ordered this arrangement early in the morning. Keep in mind I live in Issaquah, moments away from Gillman Blvd.
She was concerned, so she had me call the floral shop to see if they had made the delivery to the wrong house, or possibly had not made it out yet. So I called. I spoke to a nice lady who assured me the arrangement was out for delivery and she remembered making the order herself. Great!
After arriving home from a birthday dinner I found the floral arrangement on my front doorstep. It was totally not what my Mom had ordered and sent. It was a conglomeration of flowers, ribbon (not even pretty ribbon) and vase probably hanging around in the shop and sold as a different arrangement. I don’t see anything on their site that even resembles it. I understand sometimes you have to work with what you have on hand any given day (with flowers) but we live in the Pac NW where some of the most amazing flowers are found in the markets etc.
This morning, I was looking at how sad and wilting all of the flowers looked. It was THEN that I noticed that there was not a DROP of water in the vase. Really? Come on now. There is no way they drank a vase full of water in less than 12 hours. So I gave the poor flowers a drink and am now hoping they will perk up.
Buyer/​Sender beware. Timing, care, and overall experience leave much to be desired.

We received a bouquet from this florist today while my daughter was in the hospital and it is absolutely beautiful! There is a puppy dog designed entirely out of flowers in it. The nurses at the hospital took it around to show the other patients and employees and even took pictures of it. Very impressive! I now have a florist for all future needs!

This place is a bit untidy but they make up for it in customer service. The lady that runs it is nice

Poor customer service, place is a mess, hard to find anything. Just poor place to purchase anything. Walked out and went elsewhere!
