Cordial Limousine

I used this company’s services while in Seattle for a business trip. I scheduled an airport pick-​up. The driver was on time (he was tracking the flight and called me as soon as it landed!) and met me in baggage claim. While driving me to my hotel, the driver pointed out some places I might be interested in visiting. He even stopped at a convenience store so I could pick up a couple bottles of water.
Later on in the week, I booked a limousine to take a tour of Seattle. I had Chester as a driver. he did a fantastic job at providing history and landmark recommendations. He was patient and helped with taking photos.
Making arrangements with the staff in the office was a pleasant experience. They were always professional and polite. I highly recommend this company for your transportation needs!

Our driver Donnie helped me alot when my brother came in to town from California. My brother wanted to check out the winery’s in the Woodinville area and Donnie took us all over different wine bars. I had no clue where to go. We just kicked back and enjoyed the day and to end the day at red hook brewery movie night such a great idea! Thanks for the great time and memorable moments :-D

I rented two of their limos (hummer and a black 6 passenger) for my wedding last week. The company made it so special. The two limo drivers were so kind to our family. This company deserves a five star. Thank you for such a wonderful evening! I defiantly recommend for weddings, parties, ect for on time, and great customer service. They sure made our special night complete.

I would give this company a zero if I could. We booked 2 months in advanced for our event and even had a written quote! Two weeks before our event, the company contacted us to tell us that they made a mistake and didn’t charge us high enough and we needed to pay more to keep our reservation. We already had paid!!! This was around the time that schools were having proms and limos companies were in high demand so it was either pay more or fend for our own trying to find another last minute company who would accommodate a large party of 12. We decided not to go with this company since they screwed us over and were so money hungry. It’s really sad that we even had the quote in writing! Would NEVER recommend this company and their bad business practices. If you want to book with a worry free company, do not choose cordial limos! The time leading up to your event will be very STRESSFUL!

Our driver was pleasant and on time. The limousine on the other hand left much to be desired. We rented the 10 person limo for a wine tour and one seat didn’t have a seat belt, one door had its over door handle ripped off and the radio didn’t work. On the way back from our tour, the limo over heated and the AC didn’t work and we had to pull over to where they stored the rest of the limos. On the plus side they did upgrade us to a hummer limo for the rest of the way back. They did give us a 20% off coupon for the next time we book with them. Whether we actually book with them again, I’m not sure.

A little back story, I rented a stretch limo for 4 hours for a large photo shoot I was putting on. I purchased a Groupon and was booked right away with no issues. Everyone was very nice throughout the process and on the phone. The plan was to have them pick up our models, take them on location and bring them back. Precious cargo and what not :) Anyway, as you know, life never goes as planned and we abused poor Chester with our non-​stop waiting, schedule changes and constant chaos! He was wonderful in spirit and made our day special!

Great experience with Cordiall. My husband lost his phone at the limo on our way to the airport. When Chester (same driver we had to/​from) picked us up after our trip, he had the phone. I told Chester, we will request for him next time we need a limo. He was polite, professional, on time, and he drove a really nice BMW limo which is really clean.

I read the reviews before posting this (though, not before my booking with Cordial). Looks like some folks weren’t too happy, but my experience was actually great.
My needs were pretty simple. I needed rides to and from the airport for a last minute trip. Normally, my wife would take me, but with the multiple kiddos we have, the times of my flights just made that impossible, considering their schedules.
We’re also in the middle of a move and I have a lot of junk in my Wagon, which I have no place else to keep, and I wasn’t comfortable parking that for several days at the airport or at one of those satellite lots.
So a ride to and from was a huge help to me and solved my problem. I booked online without any issue, and got confirmations in my email.
On the morning of my flight, my driver arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). He was friendly and handled my bags for me and offered me bottled water. The car was clean and the ride was very smooth. We were lucky that traffic was light, so no issues there.
On the way back, I got a confirmation call the day before to confirm my flight arrival time, the airline and the flight number. When I got off the plane (which landed early) I had a text w/​the driver’s number. I called and he was only a short distance away. By the time I got off the plane and made it outside, he was there very quickly.
Ride home was easy and smooth, and saved me a big hassle.
I was completely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend. Not sure who the other reviewers had as their driver (or if it matters), but my driver was Chester (both ways) and he was great!

**Update 2/​22/​14**
Despite it being more than half a year since my experience with Cordial Limousine, and half a year since I posted my review, I was recently taken aback when this business owner contacted me. He explained that, at the time of my attempted booking, they had just gone forth with their «big launch» with Groupon, and the overwhelming response was, well, overwhelming for them. The owner explained that they were ill-​prepared to deal with all the requests and bookings that ensued. They hadn’t the staff or the equipment to handle the huge response they got.
I still stand by my post, as what I wrote was factual (down to the details) but I wanted to note that, perhaps, there were extenuating circumstances this company faced at the time of my attempted booking. As a result, I am not sure if my experience is the norm. At the least, I appreciated the owner following up with me. FYI.

UPDATE: Cordial did call me to find out more details on our experience with their limo. She knew of some of the repairs needed and said they would fix them but didn’t realize how bad they were. Since I used a Groupon she said I already received a deep discount but she would offer a free ride to the airport if I have an upcoming trip. We don’t travel much so unfortunately this was of no use to us. To be fair, the owner was very nice when she called but even with a Groupon we paid a decent amount and I guess we just assumed that it would be a little newer and kept up a little better. I’m glad the problem was being addressed and fixed so the next person doesn’t have to deal with it.

My boyfriend and I rented the limo for a business event, it was very clean and full of fun! The driver dressed crisp and was very professional was there to open the door every time with a smile on his face. The complimentary water and soda topped it off. The music was blasting and the ride was smooth. I have used other company’s and most the time there would be something wrong either the driver was grumpy or something would be broke. This was on the night is snowed and the driver was nice enough to turn the heat on for us and to help us in so we would not fall on the ice. I would def. recommend them to any one :)

If I could rate this place lower I would. Used them 3 times– first time was good.
2^nd time: man picks us up and when we tell him we are going to Mexico, starts doing extremely racist impressions of Mexicans. I am white but my family is in Mexico and we are going to visit my parents. Believe his name was Wally. Also had us drag our luggage and put it in the limo while he sat in his limo.
Third Time: my husband and I are picked up from the airport, and the airport police pull the limo over and ask for the drivers permit and license. Turns out our driver has no permit or license to driving the limo. Driver says «he is in training» and he doesn’t have his papers yet. Police advise us that we should find another way home because if there was any sort of accident the limo company might not be liable because of the non insured driver. We asked for our money back, and after 4 weeks of fighting the company, they finally gave us our money back– but only after I contacted the BBB.

I had a terrible $ 438 experience with Cordial. I booked them for 4 hours of limo service for my daughter’s wedding. It was a Groupon. I also wanted to book a Towncar with an additional Groupon I had purchased. When I tried to contact Cordial, on both July 29and July 30, I did not get an answer on their phone, nor was I connected to their answering service. This happened for two straight days, even though I repeatedly checked the phone number on their website to make sure it was correct. No answer, no answering service. I also saw a couple of negative reviews on Unilocal,so based on all of this, I decided to cancel the limo.
On July 30 I contacted Groupon to cancel. They gave me a refund, but did not cancel the limo itself, unbeknownst to me. It was my responsibility to actually cancel, which I did not know, and which was hard to do when they didn’t answer the phone. I asked Groupon if they had been able to get in touch with Cordial and handle the matter, and they said yes, so I thought the matter was resolved.
The limo was originally scheduled for August 24^th. On Friday, August 23^rd, I got a call from Cordial asking me where the limo should pick up the wedding party. I was surprised, because I thought the limo had been cancelled by Groupon, since I had not been able to contact Cordial myself because they never answered the phone for two days.
The manager informed me that not only would he charge me, because I had not cancelled, but he would charge me the full going rate for 4 hours, rather than the half price of the Groupon, since the Groupon had been refunded. When I protested, he strongly implied that I was lying about the phone problem. He was very rude and very insistent, and as soon as we were off the phone, he charged my American Express.
Based on what I have read on Unilocal,and what my experience has been, I would avoid this troubled business, because you will not be treated well, and you could find yourself with a very large ($ 438) charge on your card. I am still working to resolve this. Wish me luck.

I bought the coupon from Living social to use towards my wedding transportation next month. I called before hand to see if I would be eligible to use this particular coupon towards Sept 14. I was told yes and they would be able to upgrade me for a party of 10 to a bigger fleet. I thought GREAT! So I purchased the coupon. I called a few days ago and tried booking the reservation for a Hummer for Sept 14. I SPECIFICALLY said said Sept 14! The guy on the phone went to check to see if the RSVP could be made with the «manager» and came back and said «Yes.» While confirming details he said, «so Sept 16 for a Hummer» I replied «NO! Sept 14» He then started to say «Oh I thought you said Sept 16 and that’s a Monday, I’ll have to check with my manager to see if we can still do that.» He came back and stated that they were unable to upgrade me and I wouldn’t be able to use my coupon. REALLY!?! He stated «Oh when you called before they said you were able to upgrade to a Hummer» In fine print it says you can upgrade to any vehicle… including the hummer. He then proceeds to say well I can have you talk to my manager. After talking to this complete incompetent individual for 15 min or so I decided this company was not worth my time nor my money! I called another limo service and the booking took less than 5 min and a follow up email with confirmation was made right after I hung up the phone. Cordial Limousine… maybe you can take some pointers from them and also hire individuals who are competent and able to do their job.

I bought the Groupon for towncar service to the airport prior to reading the Unilocal reviews – had I read them first, I wouldn’t have bought the Groupon. That being said, I’m glad I did. I actually had a pretty good experience from the time I booked my ride to the time I arrived at the airport.
However, mandatory 20% gratuity billed prior to service? Not cool.

We had a great experience with Cordial Limousine and would highly recommend them. We had a suprise evening planned for my mom on her birthday and our driver Steve was amazing! He arrived early, was very professional and personable. He took my parents on an amazing tour of Seattle and stopped in Alki so they could watch the sunset. The last stop was a suprise dinner and he dropped them off right on time. Thank you for your amazing service.

WOW!!! What a great business to use! We bought the Amazon Local deal… and I had talked with them beforehand, as we were out of their area normally, but I offered to pay a gas surcharge (it was to Enumclaw and back!) and they happily accomodated us! We had TIM who was awesome (their page shows him as retired but he is obviously back, or at least was that night). This was a retirement dinner for my guy and 4 couples… Tim called the day before to check on our occasion and asked if we needed anything special-​we just requested ice and some mixers. He then called the day of to give us his ETA. He ran a little late due to traffic and comped us some time at the tail end to make up for it. He was waiting for us after the dinner and got us home flawlessly. We dropped almost $ 2500 for dinner and were in no shape to drive… Cordial Limo and Tim took great care of us and I have already recommended them to a friend. Great night all around!

Made reservation for them to pick us up from airport, mom/​dad and 2 year old twins. Told them repeatedly we needed 2 carseats, even reminded day before pick up. They showed up with no carseats leaving us stranded at airport with no way to get kids home. No apologies, no offer of help, will not be using this company again.

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews .this company are not trustworthy.
Their driver reversed into a fountain on our property causing $ 2000 damage. They sacked the driver and would not pay for the damage. They told me the liability was the drivers not theirs. We as the customer are the victims as the driver cannot afford to pay for the damage caused, they should use their insurance to compensate for damage caused not penalize their staff.
