I bought a Cleary bike for my daughter from Jeff. I was originally going to go to a store in Seattle but gave this place a try since it was closer to me. Well, Jeff was super nice from the beginning and he brought 2 different sizes for my daughter to try. He’s very informative and even offered my husband a demo bike so he can test it around for a few days.
He’s on time and responsive, which is important part of the business. For anyone who needs a bike, I’m definitely recommending him to everyone I know.

Jeff is a stellar salesman and a great guy overall. I just bought a new bike but he almost convinced me to buy a second. Despite the fact that I wasn’t getting a demo bike, he still helped me for about 15 minutes to fix my bike up.

I am super happy with the Service we got from Jeff at Dirt Merchant. He delivered a Clearly bike to our house at night on my schedule. He asked about my son’s height and inseam and made sure the bike fit perfectly. And the Clearly bike is brilliant. Light and easy to ride.

Jeff has gone above and beyond to help out his customers. He met me at his kid’s soccer game to swap a tire out. He’s the local Turner dealer and has bikes to demo. Maybe not a traditional shop but if that makes the service this good then I won’t be going to traditional shops.

Ran into these guys out at «Take a Kid Biking Day» at Duthie when we came up to sheepishly say, «Help?» They were demo’ing some bikes and had a stand/​tools there. My son had a dérailleur all screwed up with a detached cable, and Jeff helped us right out. Now I gotta get to the shop sometime!
