After writing my previous review on this business, I’ve been in touch with its owner who has been very cooperative in trying to rectify what had transpired leading me to discontinue my membership. While I won’t be returning because the penalty of a missed appointment remains intact for members and walk-​ins alike, the owner was very receptive to discussing the matter, and making me whole. So I do recommend the business for those willing and able to abide by the rules. There are definite benefits.

I had a really great experience at Elements Massage. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and I received a great massage. My favorite part was the warm towel at the end of the massage.
