Medical Center of Issaquah

The only reason I ever go here is that it is the only place in Issaquah where I can see a doctor (that isn’t urgent care) after 4:30. I have been repeatedly disappointed with all of the doctors I have seen here (I’ve been three times, each with a different doctor), they spend about 5 – 10 minutes with me and always seem to be in a hurry. I feel like I am being annoying to them when I ask questions. On top of that, the customer service is horrible. They told me they would call me with results by yesterday but I didn’t hear anything, I waited until 5:00 today when I finally called them. They told me no one was available to talk to me about my results and a nurse would call me right back, but they never called back and I will likely not hear from them until tomorrow (or ever?). If at all possible, avoid this clinic. I always get excellent care and service when I go to Swedish.
