I have had several products installed here, including a long arm suspension with custom air bags on my Jeep JK. The shop crew have been great and always friendly. The retail store is a toy store for guys who love vehicles and the outdoors. It’s dangerous every time I go into the store… I’ll end up with an axe mounted to my roof, new lights on my bumper or some other awesome part on my rig! Dana and Matt are usually the ones in the retail store and they are always just as friendly as the shop crew. Oh, and the dog is super-​friendly so don’t hesitate to go in for a belly rub. I’ve had work done at several shops in Washington, and Mule is always my first stop for anything I need.

I bought my ARB 2500 awning from Dana at MULE. great customer service, lots of knowledge about various overland gear, fun selection, competitive prices. they host gatherings and are fully part of «the scene,» not just a retail shop. They R&D a lot of their offerings on their own adventures… two thumbs up for that, just wish they were a bit closer so I could window shop more often. Keep an eye out for discounts and sales on their website, FB, and/​or Instagram.
my only problem is I wish I had more funds to pick up more useful toys from them.
