I called this company to request both a regular maintenance visit and to get an extinguished pilot flame working again. On the day of the visit, Penny(owner?) told me this would take 2 visits because they did not know which model the equipment was. When I offered to provide the information, I was told she did not like my attitude and did not need me for a new customer. From there, the conversation went south rapidly and the visit was canceled. I don’t plan to go back to them.

Well, this year the furnace finally gave up the ghost. Once again, it was during a cold snap. Everybody is booked solid around the city, but by good fortune somebody is building a house next to me and the heating and a/c system was getting installed this week by none other than PP&S. They seem to be flying under the radar of Unilocal,I’m guessing because they tend to work with developers and have enough word of mouth business that they’re already stuffed. Brian, the specialist who was working on site came over and had a look and got things going again, but it needed replacement badly. He wasn’t sure PP&S had the schedule to take me on, but said I should try. Brian tried to refuse a gratuity, which he well deserved(it was cold and my furnace is in a crawlspace that isn’t the easiest to access). Moving onto my communication with PP&S, I spoke with Bill who takes care of sales and he was just awesome when I explained my no-heat situation. Came out right away, suggested an ideal furnace replacement, and 48 hours later, I have a quiet furnace and a warm home. I’m happy to recommend this company. 6 stars and thank you guys!
