Pizza and buffet was good. Service however was not, I often attend the lunch buffets and twice in a row ive had the worst customer service from the same person, Im assuming is the manager. Hes very rude and snarky, he left the banquet room open to sit in twice and had a very rude attitude«Are you guys having a bigger party coming or?» «What are you guys doing, get out this room is closed» When it was not marked closed and crowded. Wouldnt have minded if he was nicer about it.

If it’s called round table the tables shouldn’t be rectangle.

OMG. Hope u have an iron gut. This place has made me and my co worker’s sick several times. You may get a tummy ache or the shits ya just don’t know. I suggest going else where. Staff doesn’t en care about anything. Salad bar goes unkept. It’s sad I like pizza at lunch. This place will make you sick, guaranteed. No reflection on other Round Table just Issaquah. Go to MOD pizza in the Issaquah highlands now that’s yummy

When your salad bar reaks a horrible smell, it’s not wise for the oqber to argue with the customer. Not coming back here after 6 years.

Ordered online over an hour ago. They are now 30 minutes late(based on the online delivery time) in delivering the pizza. Called the restaurant but no one answers. Poor customer service.

I ordered a medium Hawaiian w/their original crust, when I got home & opened the box it was at least a Hawaiian pizza. But it was NOT on their original crust, instead it was this weird thick spongey crust & then I saw that nobody had bothered to cut the pizza into slices. I called the Issaquah location & let them know that they had messed up my pizza but since I was unwilling to drive all the way back to them to get a new pizza & they don’t deliver to where I live it was a waste of time complaining. I’ve been going to various Round Table locations in the eastside area most of my life & this was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever received from them & I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to the Issaquah location again.

Went here last night for dinner. Mondays always used to be pizza buffet, but they changed it to Tuesdays, no big deal! There is nothing fancy about this place. It’s actually really really old/outdated. Bathrooms are DISGUSTING… Just going to leave it at that! Pizza was good, nothing to write home about, salad was good too! We ended up paying $ 18 for two people, not bad. Customer Service, AWESOME! We were getting into our cars outside and all of a sudden a man comes running out to me with something in his hand, he gives it to me and I am SHOCKED! MYTIFFANYRING! I was putting lotion on my hands, took my ring off, failed to put it back on and left it on the table :(They could have easily just enough kept the ring, but they didn’t! A++++++ on customer service!!! I see past remarks about how the service is horrible in the past, but it sure wasn’t the case last night!

If I could give this place no stars I would. The power went out in North Bend and the family wanted pizza. So we decided to go to Round Table. The punk kids working there were slow. From the time of ordering and paying we didn’t get our pizzas for almost 40 minutes.

So Disappointing. We have had horrible service and have not received the order correctly twice now. Staff have inappropriate conversations within earshot of customers. Restaurant is dirty with trash left out by food. We wanted a good experience with our little one out for dinner but it was not.

My family went for the lunch buffet and we were not disappointed. Just like when I was a kid. Nothing fancy, just pizza and salad. The kids had plenty of choices. Hats off to Jordan! Her customer service was way above what was expected at this type of establishment. She came around at least twice to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed.

Wanted yummy pizza and a delish salad bar so I hopped in my ride and trotted up to Roundtable. Never a disappointment here folks! The lunch buffet was perfect. Just a little over $ 9 with tax and you’re on your way to endless pizza, breadsticks, dessert pizza, salad bar and soft drinks. It will definitely fill your pizza craving. Love Roundtable!

Round Table Pizza is like a pizza time machine… when I go I am instantly transported back to 1991. I can almost see myself 16, big hair hanging out with my family and friends. This place has definitely not updated the décor since then, but whatever, they have good pizza. Like I said the pizza is consistent and good. My personal favorite is the Maui Zaui but I’ve enjoyed every type I’ve tried there. I also like that they have a salad bar which although, I am always a little leery of salad bars in general, does seem fresh and clean… and again seems like a fun relic of a bygone era. They serve beer and pitchers of pop so it’s a nice alternative to some of the other pizza places in town that don’t offer that. Another 80’s-90’s thing Round Table offers that I like are the arcade games. I have to admit I sort of lost appreciation for them in the years between say when I became a young adult and when I had kids. Now that I have 3 kids, I love the fact that I can sort of bring them in and they can have some fun while we wait for our pizza. Speaking of kids, I have also taken advantage of the room they have of to the side for a birthday party and that worked out well. Round Table is a low key, family friendly type of place. If you want pretension or want to ride in on your high horse, this is not your place. More like if you are looking for a place to grab a bite after being out on the lake all day or hiking all day. All in all, if you don’t mind the pizza time warp this is a great place… and it just might take you back to your youth too!

Round Table, as I knew it growing up, is supposed to be declicious GOURMET pizza! Expensive, but top of line pizza! This Round Table for some reason does not meet this standard and I’m sorry to say it isn’t even close. I ordered for delivery online about a month ago and they completely looked over our order. I called after almost 2 hours. They were, to their credit, very nice about it and gave me the order for free, but the quality of the pizza just does not live up to the standard set by other Round Tables I ate at as a kid in California. I have also gone into this same place for the lunch special buffet, same result in quality.

This place has gone downhill. No improvements since opening. Seats and benches are falling apart. TVs and video games are outdated. The worst is they have become very cheap. It takes forever to get new pizzas out at the lunch or dinner buffet. They almost wait until there is one pizza and then they might bring one. Very disappointing.

Decided to use a 15: off coupon that for some reason they would not honor. Pizza arrived overcooked and unedible. I used to consider Round Table one of the better pizzas but would rate it lower than a Gino’s grocery store frozen pizza.

Came here after going to the Cougar Mountain Zoo. I wouldn’t normally choose pizza myself, but Mom was driving this expedition, so pizza it was. We came in during their buffet hours. My impression of this place: lots of choices for pizza, including this weird one with spicy Kung Pao sauce instead of marinara, and several others which I really enjoyed. Pizza was fresh, warm and juicy. Staff were friendly when I asked them the names of these pizzas in case I ever wanted to order them separately. My only complaint about this place is that, given that this is a pretty standard pizza place, the ambiance is lackluster. Smells like RESTAURANT, like cheap cleaner residue on slick plastic table surfaces. And, the bathrooms are down this long, greasy hallway that I can only describe as «rapey.» When I got into the bathrooms one stall’s latch was broken and the other had a seat that looked fine but when I sat on it slid to one side, causing my butt cheek to touch the porcelain. Take that as you will. Some people will be fine with this, but for those of you who judge based on bathrooms, well. I appreciate that this place is one of the last standing venues that carries arcade games. Old ones that you never find anymore.(For Ms. Pac Man, there is the Maytag laundromat in Overlake.) Verdict: my mom made me eat here because she offered to pay and I wouldn’t really go here again because I tend to lean toward Asian food, and I don’t like rapey bathroom hallways. But the pizza and staff are alright.

My family and I decided to visit Round Table Pizza in Issaquah for lunch. We had learned of this particular Round Table due to a smart phone coupon company called Pirq. Pirq had a single 40% coupon between 11AM and 2PM, which we thought was great when we reserved it. When arrived and found they had a lunch buffet. The pizza looked pretty good, but only had a few out. The salad bar looked alright, but seemed kind of messy. However, it looked good enough with a 40% coupon to give it a shot. We ordered the buffet, but were told by the employee they wouldn’t honor Pirq. The employee went to say the new owners believed customers were getting a good enough deal with cost of the buffet($ 8.99 each). I checked the fine print on Pirq and nowhere does it exclude the buffet. I was informed Pirq only works with regular pizza now, which again is not listed in the fine print. This seemed like a classic«bait and switch» tactic to me. Offer a great deal, but then tell you something different after you are there and hungry! In the end we refused to be part of this shady business practice and left.

Three words. Chicken Garlic Gourmet. Best pizza there is! This restaurant has hosted our family on many occasions and our Girl Scout Troop once. They have always been very friendly and the food has been fresh and delicious. We order for delivery more than we go to the actual site and the pizza is always delivered hot and in a timely manner. We are fans.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLESERVICE! The pizza is outstanding as are most of the Roundtable’s that I have been to over the years. My wife and I just moved to the area and needless to say WEWILLNOT be giving our hard earned money to this particular location anymore. Since when has it become OK for the person taking the order(over the phone) to argue with the customer??? I’m tired of flippant attitudes — the people that own this location should really think hard about who they hire to interact with the paying, hungry public!
