Yogurt is good. It’s great they always have at least 2 flavors of no-sugar added. Seating area is full of comfy chairs. But… the chocolate selection never rotates. Talking to the employees on shift results in answers that indicate the chocolate selection is never going to rotate. Too bad as I would go their more often to get gifts if they rotated in some of the other great Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory choices. Besides the limited selection of chocolates, the major problem I have is they are not always open when they say they are. I’ve shown up a number of times 20 – 30 minutes before closing only to find the doors locked up tight and the open sign out. Checking the hours on the sign confirms I’ve arrived during business hours, but they are closed early. Unfortunately I value reliability, which I think most customers do. My first choice of yogurt stops has now changed to the competitors because I know they will be open when I swing by late after work.

I love this place. They have a great rotating selection of flavors. great toppings and th employees are wonderful. They are always cheery and say hello when you enter. Great place to take the kids and enjoy a somewhat healthy dessert. They have a great place to sit, relax and enjoy conversation

So I had bought some peppermint truffles at another location for the Chocolate Factory and swung in here hoping to get more. This is a cute shop with both chocolate and frozen yogurt. But clearly the chocolate is brought in and not made there. So alas, they did not have the seasonal flavor truffles! We got a few to try, but honestly, I didn’t care for any of them at this location. I don’t know why, but nothing tasted great. The frozen yogurt wasn’t bad. It’s 49cents an oz and my kid somehow spent almost $ 5 on yogurt only to not eat it all. They only have large and mega sized bowls here. I think a smaller bowl being offered would have been a nice option, but I get it, they want to sell more yogurt. What we had was tasty. What I liked about this place was the seating. Some comfy chairs, some table/chairs and a tv. Has a kid area AND games. I love places that want you to sit and stay awhile. So we did. We played a game we knew, but with a different theme. We really enjoyed ourselves here for the hour and the gal working didn’t make me feel like we were in the way. The bathroom requires a key. Don’t leave it in the bathroom when you go… just saying. I would return for yogurt and just a fun place to hang out. I would skip the chocolate and drive to the North Bend chocolate location for better chocolate.

I bought the Unilocal $ 10 for $ 15 deal above, and I recommend not doing so… I bought it, and went in yesterday to try to use it, and the employee working there said he did not know how to redeem this. Now, this is a poor job by management, running a deal like this but not training your employees on how it works, especially when you offer the deal on a site in order to encourage positive reviews. So long story short, I spent $ 10 for the $ 15 voucher, but was unable to redeem it. The employee behind the counter was nice, even though he wasn’t properly trained, so he did give me 25% off, which is why I am giving this one star instead of zero. However, while the 25% off was a nice gesture, I am still out the $ 10 I spent on the voucher, hopefully Unilocal will refund me. The prices were still relatively high, and the product quality was mediocre. The selection of chocolates was not as good as other Rocky Mountain shops, and I have had better frozen yogurt at the other frozen yogurt shops in the area. They were also out of stock on a bunch of different items. I am very disappointed and unfortunately I cannot recommend coming to this location.

Great place friendly staff and great treats love the idea of cutting the candy apples before serving them
