I chose BeeGiggles due to their reputation on other review sites and availability for my daughters’ birthday party back in June of 2015. Someone just asked me for a referral and it prompted me to write a review. Working with Dawn was excellent! Very professional, courteous and the communication was detailed. I wish I could remember who my performer was. She was excellent and the kids loved her. She showed up on time and reminded me when to change events or to get the kids more involved in activities.

Very unprofessional. I wanted to hire for my daughter’s birthday party and I also had to send her a message on the app «Thumbtack» and she never got back to me. Then a week later I called her because she didn’t answer and sent a text message yesterday and received no response. I called her today and she finally answered and told me that she wouldn’t be able to be hired for the party because she just booked to events yesterday!!! (I had tried to speak with her a week ago and I could have hired her then!!!) Terrible customer service!!!

I was hoping to hire Dawn Marie or any of the artists associated with Dawn’s business but after completing two inquiry forms via Dawn Marie’s website and two phone calls/​voicemails later. I have not received a response back. Disappointed with lack of interest.
