I opened a huge cut on my foot after I slipped in the creek at Fillmore Glenn State park. On our way out we asked some people where the best place to go get it fixed up would be and they all said it was worth the drive to head down to Ithaca and get it fixed up there. The ER staff was great, got me checked right in, and the rest of the experience was equally as helpful. Several different people came in to work on my foot, I got x-rays, they cleaned the wound out, gave me a tetanus shot, stitched it all up, bandaged it up, and were very helpful with what I needed to do after I left. They were great with the kids who wanted to watch it get stitched up too, let them be in there when they were working on me, and were explaining what they were doing every step along the way. The entire visit lasted only an hour and a half I believe which was great. Great place.
