From the outside it looks promising, but the taste didn’t live up to expectations. The pulled pork had some funny seasoning on it and didn’t taste particularly smoky. $ 10 for 1 meat plus sides. I probably won’t be returning

This street cart just off route 13 does BBQ. For $ 10 you get your choice of brisket, pulled pork, ribs, quarter chicken(leg and thigh) and a few others of which I forgot all served with what ever sides he has(not sure if they rotate or are always the same). The brisket was tasty, and the BBQ sauce on top was quite good. My friend also enjoyed his pulled pork. Now for the sides, they are about as horrible as they could possibly be. A grilled potato that was burnt on the outside, bland yellow rice, and green beans that tasted like they came out of a can. The guy running the place seems really nice and interesting when you get to talk to him, and he is quite charismatic. A BBQ place is really all about the meat, so despite the evil that was done to those poor vegetables, I might just go back. In my opinion, if you want pork or BBQ, the piggery and the haunt are better choices. However, if its between the hours of 3 and 5 on a Monday or Tuesday(when the union of those places are closed), this place is good enough to warrant a trip.
