I called the Agency for advice on visiting the Finger lakes Winery area, since I am not from the state and have no knowledge of hotels, restaurants or wine tours. Tammy was generous with her time and information. She listened to what we were looking for, what is important to us in a hotel and in an environment, and emailed me a list of excellent contacts within an hour. She listed everything we needed, various options, with names, numbers and exact prices. All of this for no fee! She helped us plan a great weekend!
