As a Cornell Applied Engineering Physicist and a major boat owner in Florida, I focus much of my mechanical interests on boats. When I first visited this place, I was shocked to see a mechanic working on a boat with a big smile on his face. He seemed very intelligent, but furthermore he liked his job! That is exactly the type of person I want working on my boat. I asked him if he would work on my particular outboard. He said he could, but he recommended another place that works on my particular brand. They aren’t interested in money, they seem to be interested in getting your boat the best possible care!
Also, they are an Evinrude Etec dealer. Contrary to popular belief, these new direct injected two strokes are actually cleaner burning than any four stroke period. They also don’t require any oil changes, and have a much less frequent maintenance schedule coupled with a better warranty. And of course they perform better since they are still two strokes.
