Really really nice guys, very honest and reasonable prices. They’ll never do a service you don’t need. While I went to school in Ithaca, this is where I took my car for work. When in Ithaca this summer, had a few problems with a different car and took it back. Same reliable /​friendly guys, same honesty, no rip-​offs. I always recommend to anyone I know who’s still in Ithaca.

I’ve been bringing my car here for at least 10 years now. All my routine maintenance is done here, and anything unexpected that I can (beyond body work or anything needing a diagnostic machine hookup), well, I get done here too. Efficient work, good pricing, and totally trustworthy. I don’t want to take my car anywhere else.

I’ve gone to Tallmadge a few times over the last five years, mainly to either purchase new tires or to have a tire repaired. They can be a little slow sometimes, but they do good work and offer reasonable prices.
If I need tires or tire work again, I won’t hesitate to go back. Why? Because they’re incredibly trustworthy. The last time I was there, I realized a few hours later that I didn’t have the credit card I’d used to pay for my service. They’d found it and had it safely stored behind the counter. There were no problems whatsoever, even though with a less honest business I know there could have been.
