What a fantastic place! They have lots of vintage audiophile delights. They even have a functioning Edison Cylinder Phonograph! We came to get a preamp for my record turntable and they not only had some, but offered us a really nice second hand preamp for a great deal.
The gentlemen who worked there were very helpful and kind. One man even showed off lots of cool vintage equipment to me when he could see that I’m a throw-back kinda gal. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of.
This place is definitely worth visiting.

Great stereo store I have been going to since I went to college up this way. I often stop by when back in town visiting friends.
They may not have the huge selection of Best Buy but they have a nice selection of tvs, stereos, and speakers to fit just about every need and price range. And the prices are just as good as best buy. The guys there are about a thousand times more knowledgeable than any of the «geek squad» folks.
Plus they have tons of great vintage stereos, speakers, and record players for sale.

I was surprised to find out that I could get a current-model stereo receiver for less at a local business than from the big online resellers. Kudos to Stellar Stereo for stocking and marking down great equipment.
I also enjoy looking at their range of used equipment. Occasionally I find something used to buy.
I think they make it a point to be repairing items at the front counter so that there’s always someone to greet people. It’s never been crowded there, so I suppose their bread-and-butter is repairs.
