We’re in Ivins, Utah for a week on the back end of a home exchange. Was looking forward to dining here based on the highly-rated Unilocal reviews but sorry to post my mixed review. To start, the wine list is fairly priced with a nice selection to choose from. I started with the lobster bisque that was very good, while my wife had the«fresh garden salad» which was a packaged blend about five days beyond it’s use-by date. My wife choose the Chilian sea bass, which appeared to be very well prepared(I did not taste) and I had the lamb oso buco, which while very favorable, really needed a steak knife to eat. I’m accustomed to my oso buco nearly falling from the bone. Over all, not a memorable experience, particularly at the prices.

Ten stars out of five. This was a spectacular meal with service to match. I am a big fan of Oso Buco. This was the best Oso Buco of my life by an order of magnitude. My wife’s lobster ravioli was fantastic. Do not be put off by the location or the façade of this restaurant. It does not look like much from the outside, but is very cute and to commit inside. A meal here is reason enough to visit St George. The wine list is small, but every selection is very good. We went with the chef’s recommended pairings, and very glad we did. I cannot say enough about this restaurant. I have already recommended this restaurant to several people, and will continue to do so.

Simply amazing! For us, Chef Imi himself was the icing on the cake. It was fun to watch him put so much care into each person’s dish. The presentations were beautiful, and the food tasted even better than it looked! The restaurant itself is small and cozy with limited seating, so reservations are highly recommended. Don’t go there with the intention to pop in and out quickly for dinner, every bite is well worth the wait!

A wonderful surprise in Ivins. Chef Imi selects excellent ingredients to populate his well rounded menu and produce some excellent daily specials. On this visit I had a very, very good sea bass… and some of the best escargot I have experienced outside of a major metro location. Wine selection is limited, but they pair with the menu quite well. The service is attentive, highlighted by Chef himself… greeting and discussing the daily specials. Very small in size… reservations are a good idea.

This restaurant really is a hidden jem. It’s a little Out of the way but well worth the drive. The ambiance was very nice. It’s small so call for a reservation. I was so impressed by every bit. Everything has so much flavor. It was beyond delicious. I am definitely going back. I had the salmon and wasn’t disappointment. My husband had the chicken Royal and enjoyed that too. The caprese salad was so delicious as was the dessert. Definitely worth it.

Amazing Food. St. George is so fortunate to have such a talented Chef. We went for Sunday Brunch and it was divine. My wife and I are«food snobs» and we’re simply blown away at the food here.

Once again the Chef delivers. His Valentine’s Day special menu was superb. Special touches includes a beautiful long-stemmed rose for the ladies and a homemade chocolate-covered strawberry. He will finally his liquor license this month.

Bar none the BEST meal I’ve had in St. George. The chef is a particular delight with his tableside conversation and ensuring that he tailors his recommendations and food to exactly what we want. I had the best fillet mignon I’ve ever tasted. It melted in my mouth. All of the sides were perfection. And the dessert was beyond incredible. You should definitely try anything they recommend. I have traveled through much of Europe, and this is right up there with renowned and incredible restaurants. I will be here many many more times in the future. Thank you for bringing such a unique and delicious place to southern Utah.

If love is a silky sweet salmon, swimming on my tongue, than Aragosta serves pure love. Bite after bite, I marvel at the chef’s ability to transform what might have been an every day dish into a retreat to the sacred. A bay area food snob, I confess I typically turn my nose up at typical Utah faire. Aragosta could be tucked away in the Napa Valley, surrounded by vineyards. Whether an impressive Caprese with the freshest of Heirloom tomatoes, well executed caramel cake pudding dessert, and the freshest bread to stimulate the appetite, one would have no idea from it’s humble outsides, the treasures held within!

Each course was expertly prepared and delicious. Lobster bisque was the best I’ve ever had; rich and creamy. I love a good risotto, and Chef Imi’s black truffle and shrimp risotto was perfection. The service was excellent! Can’t wait to go back and try more selections!

This is a must try! The chef loves his food and loves his guests. From the moment we walked in we felt loved. The waiter was fantastic and felt like a neighbor by the way he was suggesting items off the menu. We had the lobster mac and cheese which was phenomenal, portions are large and filling. So large we had to get desert«to-go» because it looked to good to pass up! Just try it, you WILLNOT regret your experience. Thank you Chef Imi you made us feel so welcomed and appreciate my flower. We will be back soon!

Chef Imi is the best. Today we had pasta with pear and sage. I can’t explain how delicious it is. Plus, Chef Imi gave my mom a rose(she just finished her chemo treatments). This is my favorite place to eat. I feel like an old friend every time I come in. I highly recommend the escargot. And I recommend everything else on the menu, too.

I could not believe it when I walked in the door — my favorite waiter was working here! Him and the chef were both at Riverwalk Grill in Sunriver before it changed over to Hanks. Still waiting on a liquor license so BYOB with no corkage! The meal was amazing. We had the calamari and rack of lamb. For dessert the chocolate cream cake. After the meal the chef came by to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Then gave me a rose. There are only 6 tables so make sure you make reservations!
