Burger King

Good food, decent service, this location has been here since the 90s. Line gets really long at 12. Might wanna come early.

I try my hardest to not give bad reviews on here but it was hard to find too many positives here.
Yes I know it’s Burger King and yes in know it’s fast food but it can done better.
Angie (the cashier) is the only positive here. She was friendly and fast.
While I was waiting for my food a customer came up to complain about her egg sandwich. Parts of it were black. Not spotty but a huge section. They tried to tell her that they didn’t know why but it was supposed to look like that. She actually had to demand her money back until they made her a new one.
I had the BEC «biscuit.» What they referred to as a biscuit seemed more like 2 extra large croutons. Not that I dislike croutons but they aren’t meant for a breakfast sandwich.
And lastly you need a training course on using the coffee lids. What happened to just drinking coffee?

I was going to walk in to get a veggie burger when I saw their rating of a C. Not even kidding. That’s unacceptable!
There are currently about 25 people in the store with 3 in line and everyone else eating. I can’t believe that even with the bad rating people would go in and eat there.
I do see an employee wiping the tables so perhaps they are trying to help the situation but geez this is terrible. Floors need to be mopped too.
Beware people. Try again next year perhaps they go up to a B.

It’s Burger King in New York City. The fact you’re looking up a Unilocal review about it is what’s questionable!
On the real-​io, breakfast was hands down yummy. Coffee wasn’t bad at all. The tots tasted fresh and crispy while the Croissantwich was pretty spot-​hitting. And there were two of em! What made this meal even sweeter was that it cost less than 5 bucks.
Coupons. I don’t normally go to fast food joints unless I’m craving something, grabbing something for kids, or if there are coupons.
But when there are coupons, you gotta admit it’s a nice deal.
Happy artery clogging! I had a def had one, but no complaints. ;)

Folks need to realize it’s a fast food stop not fine dining, its gonna be either hit or miss and more often than not it’s a hit. Service speed is adequate and food temperature is on point, can’t go wrong with the free drink refills which is a big plus in my book. Bottomline is to just enjoy your quick meal and go about your business.

Service has changed a lot from the last time iv been here which was maybe 3 years back? Anyways we were the only people buying and they took 10 mins just for us. Fries have also changed, I remember when Burger King fries were the best tasting to me with that crunchy taste. Now they are worse then mc Donald’s fries just plain jane no taste at all. I ordered a random new burger which tasted like crap couldn’t even finish it. Wasn’t a fan of whatever sauce topping it had. Will I be back? Just to use the bathroom for a pit stop other then that no.

The service is sooo hella slow its just sad. I could have hopped over the damn counter and prepared my meal with a blindfold on before they finally asked what sauce I wanted with my chicken fries. I dont eat burger king often but when I do it is sometimes hard to turn it down in such a convient location that this place is at.

I ordered the buy one get one chicken sandwich and the sandwiches were disgusting… the oil they were cooked in needed to be changed and the lettuce was brown.
They upgraded my meal without asking me and when I asked the manager, Steven, to correct the situation he got very nasty. I asked for the money back and his name and the number for corporate. He ignored me and walked away.
I cursed him out and all the employees too. Screw them. I’m calling BK Corporate and telling them.
