This is by far the most unprofessional dentist I have been to. Worse than that he is extremely rough. I got a procedure done on one of my molars and he scratched up the inside of my mouth and cheek to the point that I’ve been in constant pain for days after. I am trying to see an emergency dentist because the pain has gotten so intense. His hours suck. He is on vacation and did not even give me the name of a reliable dentist (the one he gave me is not even in New York City!) to see in the event of an emergency. No after care instructions and everything was done in a hurry. DO NOT GO TO HIM. Total nightmare. This guy should be an airplane mechanic not a dentist.

I just left the dentist today and will never go back. Eugene Joffe was very rude, would not listen to my concerns, and was very unprofessional. I was unhappy about the way my last procedure had gone — he cracked a tooth during an extraction but blamed me instead, when in truth I have never had a dentist that was as rough and painful. And on top of that he was in a very big hurry and did not leave me with good instructions on the care of my stitches, causing me a much longer healing process, and then leaving assistants to do followup work. I do not recommend Dr Joffe to anyone. The one thing good I could say is that they have good hours and the staff is very nice.
