This company lies to customers, plays with their time and is unable to provide products as promised. They made me go on three different times, spanning a full week, just to hear poor excuses of why my request lied unfinished. At last they provided a sub-par version, far away from the original specification. When I pointed out that this was not what we had agreed on, they simply ignored me and refused to talk to me. They wasted my time and showed poor professional ethics. I believe they treated me like this out of discrimination. Later, another company took fifteen minutes to produce my request and charged me about a fourth of the fee that Oxium intended to charge me.
