I was at this location a few weeks back to inquire about a small business account and I was extremely impressed with the service and knowledgable sale reps. They appear to have great team chemistry! When the sales rep didn’t know the answer to my question another rep would step in and provide a answer. I was approached by the manager and she is AWESOME! Very personable and easy to talk to. Turns out she was recently promoted and I can tell why. Her team is a direct reflection of her. Great attitude, attentive, knowledgable and understanding. I walked in to inquire about their business plans and walked out with 4 news lines, new phones and accessories. Extremely pleased with my visit. Will be recommending all my fiends and families! I highly recommend anyone reading my review to disregard all previous reviews as they were a long time ago and the location is under new management.

According to every website related to this location, the store closes at 8pm. Wrong. I rushed after work to pay my phone bill. Took a $ 15 dollar cab to get there before 8pm. Arrived at 7:40pm and the door was already closed. I was ecstatic to find out a t-mobile store opened by my apt, this was pretty disappointing.

I was in this location a few weeks ago with my family to upgrade. It was a little late and the store was a busy but they make sure to take care of people. The staff is friendly and make things easy to understand. We worked with two young ladies, I believe one was Ginna and Sandy. They made sure I understood everything before I left, transferred my contacts and everything. I felt valued and was happy with the service Ginna was patient and the staff worked together to help me and my family upgrade. Cell phones and making plan changes can be tricky so I appreciated that they took the time to be thorough. store is official corporate and not a dealer store like some think. Big bonus is the parking too. Very friendly staff will try to answer all your questions, Will be coming here again!

I had to get nano sim. I fully expected to pay $ 10 for the card. Someone Tmobile online gives discounts but i figured that a physical store would get me for as much as it can. But to my surprise they gave it to be for free. The wait was long and they are slow. But I think its the nature of the business. If someone is upgrading a phone and they have to go though the whole process and it can take a while. They need to separate types of issues and have people in staffed at each category. Would have gotten 4 or 5 stars if the wait time was less. I also believe i got lucky with the person. They can waive fees if they want to or charge if they want to. They should really have a solid no charge policy for little things like sim cards. They would have also gotten 1 or 2 stars if they charged me for the card.

Was looking for a company t-mobile store and found this. Worst t-mobile experience ever. Went in to get a nano sim for my iPhone and the wait was ridiculous, and there was only like 4 customers in the store. The employee(who I will not mention by name because he’s likely to get fired if I do) got me next and helped me out for like 3 mins, all he had to do was get a nano SIM card and transfer my number but he decided to part away half way to help out someone else. His manager asked if I need help and then he realized that I was still waiting and decided to come back with a SIM card. I asked if there’s any fee for this because they were selling t-mobile nano SIM cards at the official site for $ 1 plus free shipping(you can check right now, it’s still $ 1 with free shipping as of 9÷24÷13). He transfers the number and then scans the SIM card and he said(exact words) «ahh, I guess you have to pay $ 10?» I was like wtf? I kept my composure but I did tell him that it was a bad look on him and he smiles. I showed him the site with the $ 1 sim and he’s like well you should’ve told me early about the site and I was like I asked if there’s any fees, he didn’t have anything to say. It’s ridiculous because I waited this long for this awful service and on top of everything, the guy didn’t even give me a official nano SIM card, he ended up getting a micro sim and cutting it to fit my iPhone. $ 10 and I can’t even get a official nano SIM card(and it was $ 1 online). I will never be going back to this place and if anyone I know needs to hit up a company t-mobile store, I would never recommend this place. If this was the only t-mobile store then I would most likely switch carrier because of it. End of this long story, do not go here, I repeat, DONOTGO Btw, I wanted to just leave and get a SIM card online but the not so bright employee already transferred my number to the new SIM card before he scanned so I had no choice but to buy it smh

I no longer come here because they suck. this place is on the corner from me but I go too a company store about a half mile away. they have a horrible attitude, and they talk down to you when you have a problem of any kind. I haven’t been in here in years but just saw another review and had to get my two cents in.

This is a new T-Mobile store located on Northern Boulevard and 89th Street. The location used to be a laundry. It has parking in front. Be careful not to smash into one of the negligent drivers coming out of the car wash next door. Its hard to hit the brakes when you have oil and soap on your shoes.
