MIDCO Renovations

After interviewing and getting quotes from many contractors, we decided to go with Midco. Marcel, the owner, is calm, patient, and pleasant and he is a really wonderful listener– he does not try to talk his clients into doing things that they do not want to and he also does not try to upsell what needs to be done. His quote was among the most reasonable that came in and when there were extra charges, he explained why this was the case and he also gave us options to opt out of them. His crew was also great and he seemed to keep close tabs on them, coming to the work site daily. He was also super accessible– via phone, text, and email– and he ALWAYS called back. The work he did– a complete renovation of our three bedroom apartment– was great. And he came by a few weeks after we moved in to make sure we did not have any issues or concerns. We recommend him wholeheartedly and would work with him again!
