Maintenance takes ages to respond. The hallway and stairway have nasty carpeting that smells. Buildings E, and A have smelled foul upon entry every time I have been there, like something has rotted in the halls. The parking lot is trashed. Not only with garbage and litter, but also potholes that are large enough to do major damage to your cars. Management plays favorites on who gets into trouble for not following rules. I complained about my neighbors making excessive noise, screaming, and playing loud music all hours of the day and night, nothing happened, nothing changed. Someone else complained about me slamming my door and I received a notice threatening eviction.(The door was tilted in the frame, making it possible to close completely only with slamming, there was no rubber strp on the door to quiet the door on the frame, and I had already asked for maintenance to fix it. They did not.) The office staff doesn’t return calls in a timely manner, if ever. Several times I have called, spoken with someone who was supposed to have called me «right back» only to have me call back again and get the same treatment. There was another apartment that had bedbugs, and when they made their way into my apartment as well as the several surrounding mine, instead of charging the service to the apartment who caused the infestation, after another person had apparently reported that the apartment had the infestation earlier, each apartment that had to be treated was charged. During this time, the office scheduled my appointment for me, causing me to miss work, for pest control to never show. Turns out, the office made mistakes in the scheduling and neglected to inform the residents that they screwed up, and I had to live with vermin for another several weeks while I waited for the office to fix their mistake. I will say that when I dealt directly with Leisa, during office hours, though she did make efforts to take care of issues. Seems she is the only person in the office who cares at all.
