My mother was in a car accident. The ER staff was a joke (except the volunteer, he was fantastic and kind). The doctor who finally saw my mother looked all of 22 years old, was PLAYING WITH HIS SHOE AND SHOE LACES the entire time he spoke with her, and then continued to examine her without washing his hands or putting on gloves. The one star is for that. On the the other hand, the nurse was FANTASTIC. Extremely compassionate and knowledgeable, and the only reason we didn’t leave and go to Chelsea hospital. Will continue to go elsewhere from now on, it is no wonder everyone who gets surgery ends up with staph infection or worse.
