I agree with Todd S. This place is poorly run. I have been going there for over a year, mostly because it is a few blocks from my house. Also, I personally like the owner. However, that’s where it ends. After being a loyal customer for a long time, spent well over a couple grand there, he would rather walk my family, and our money, out the door in favor of a corrupt floor manager who routinely gives stacks of free passes, food, laser tag, and tokens to his family, friends, and«others» whom he has relations. This is his business, so his right. But, dumb it is. The facts are the place is dirty, the food is underwhelming and WAY overpriced. Thinking about doing a birthday party here? DON’T, total ripoff! My son was a regular patron, we were promised a first rate«party coach» she did NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING. You basically get a tiny area and some cheap pizza, and it cost me 340.00. Most of his employees have complained to me endlessly about the working conditions and minimum wage, and it shows. Lackluster effort, treatment, etc. Laser tag is small, lasts 8 minutes for 5 bucks? Come on, another total ripoff. They have one game I can beat routinely for tickets, and they constantly«joke» how I shouldn’t play it. You can’t have everything in a business run your way! All in all, it is up to those who patronize this place to judge it. But, after being a loyal customer for so long, to be treated very shabbily, says a lot about how this guy feels about customers. My recommendation? Do what I am doing, make the drive to Hillsdale to a clean, well run facility, less crowded, no cliques, and not so «white trash». Allskate is for people who like high prices, no service, and bad treatment. Save your money.

Place was great! Visiting from Cincinnati and it’s hard to find a nice, clean skating facility and this place was both! We will be back for sure!

This place is very unorganized and poorly run. I’m in from out of town with my family. In an effort to find something fun for my teenagers to do, I thought lasertag was a good option. I called ahead to confirm the rules and starting time. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we were told that they don’t have laser tag at 6:30. Interestingly enough, the sign over the lady telling me they didn’t, said«lasertag starting at 6:30». She told me to talk to another man. He told me he didn’t have a lasertag«guy». When I told him I called ahead to confirm, he shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn’t help me. He paid me no more attention and seemed not to care that we left frustrated. Amazing in a town so desperate for outside commerce that we were treated like this.
