Andy found the problem with my dryer in under 15 minutes. He did not have the part but scheduled a new appointment for the next day. He called to let me know he was running late and arrived as planned. Great communication! He explained what he was doing and thoroughly cleaned the inside of the dryer. He asked permission to change one other part which was marginal. He only charged one trip charge and the total was reasonable.
He knows what he is doing and he knows customer service. He is friendly and interested enough to learn a little about a new customer before he even arrives.

Andy was fantastic. Very personable and professional. He got right to work and kept open communication throughout the whole repair. He was finished in just about an hour! He sent a nice note along with our receipt, and our washer’s working great!

I called Andy about a 2 year old refrigerator that we have had many problems with. Andy spent quite some time with me and in the end, recommended replacing it. He said he would gladly fix it, but truthfully thought the money would be better spent on a new one in this case. I called other repair shops before talking with Andy and none spent any time to talk about the problem, they just wanted to come out. So, with that said, I have to highly recommend Andy because he showed integrity, knowledge, and honesty. I will call him for future needs.
