Asap Printing & Copying

ASAP Printing provides phenomenal customer service and produces flawless products. I work for a public health/​community outreach organization that mobilizes clergy to fight HIV/​AIDS in Mississippi and have placed two large order with them for church bulletins, posters, palm cards, and resource guides for dissemination throughout Jackson. They have been exceedingly helpful to me over the phone and via email in discussing the requirements and specifics of these materials — I do not speak printing/​paper lingo but they understand what purpose the products I am requesting will serve and have made great decisions regarding paperweight, gloss, etc accordingly.
I should note that their customer service abilities are even more impressive given that I am based in Providence, Rhode Island and have been communicating remotely, and also given that the order I’ve placed have changed quantity/​content last-​minute. They have not blinked an eye even when I was calling them in a panic about needing to send them an updated PDF of my materials or increase the number of items needed.
Special shout-​out to Jeremy for being so pleasant to communicate with on the phone, and to Steve for clearly having his act together as a business owner and manager and overseeing a great team.
Also, they are very fairly priced and have consistently kept me in the loop about whether or not there are opportunities to save money by tweaking my order.
As I frantically pull community events together in a city that I’m not native to while working on a shoestring public health budget, working with ASAP Printing is the least stressful and most rewarding part of my day. So grateful for them!
