I’m new to Jackson and was looking for a good local mechanic to take care of my 2006 Toyota Corolla. Gave these guys a try because they have a Toyota certification logo posted on the walls. I’ll keep looking because they are too expensive, took too long, and were under-handed about parts. They charged $ 135 for a routine 5,000 mile maintenance check and it took all day. At the far-away dealership, it costs $ 70 and takes 2 hours max. They charged over $ 25 to change a license plate light bulb and tried to keep my high end after-market wipers and charged me for unnecessary new wipers. The tech reported«wipers failed to clean adequately» or something. NOT. The brand new windshield was replaced 3 days ago and the wipers were installed in March. Nice clean windows all the time. When questioned, «Oh, they are probably in the trash by now». I said, «Go get them.» Guy goes around the corner and takes them off the workbench. As I drive off, my seat and seatbelt are out of adjustments, AND there’s an empty bag of dog treats in the glove box. What! You used my car to take care of your personal chores, like taking your girlfriend to walk your dog and then left your trash in my glove box?! WTF. I am way past done with these guys. Stay away if you want to be able to trust your car mechanic or want some respect as a customer.

In a town that seems to not understand what customer service it, this establishment gets it. The communication is great, the technician took the time to show me the failing part, why it failed, and some of the causes. All of my business will go here in the future.
