This place is a must if you want something a little lighter than the typical Jackson Hole fare. I ordered the charred spanish octopus dish and loved it. The portion of octopus was generous, it was well-seasoned and cooked, and the potatoes helped absorb the delicious piquillo sauce. The glass of rose I ordered paired very nicely. I ate light to save room for dessert, and went with a new addition which was a passionfruit and coconut tart. I confess, I could not taste any coconut in the crust at all, and found the crust to be a little tough. However, the passionfruit curd filling was excellent and the fresh fruit on top was very nice. I was a little surprised when I walked in to see that it’s basically in the back of a wine store. How cool! A very casual spot with staff who know good food and good wine.

Our favorite place in Jackson, it’s great how you can pick your own bottle from a huge selection and sit down with no corkage fee and order tapas! Friendly service, excellent food and great atmosphere

Ate there yesterday. Katie was our server and she was great. We picked 3 cheeses, a meat and the mushroom mozzarella. It was over the top. The wine from Spain fit right in. She let us try a few samples of wine before finalizing on the one from Spain. I highly recommend this amazing restaurant. 5 stars

Today was my first time at a «tapas» style restaurant and it was awesome!!! Visited Bin22 on the suggest of a local and I’m so glad we did. When you first walk in, you think you’re in the wrong place because all you see is beer coolers, wine racks and a check-out counter but as you keep going, TA-Freaking-DA! BIN22! And boy does it smell delicious. It wasn’t long at all before my wife and I were greeted, seated and handed a menu! Like I said this was our first time at a tapas style place so I asked the waitress if she could make a few suggestions. Rona,(awesome server) suggested the meatballs, and the pesto mozzarella! On top of that we ordered the lamb skewers and the Bresaola!!! All of it was sooo flavorful and perfect; left us with full bellies and a sweet buzz!

My wife and I had dinner at Bin 22 during a recent vacation after it was recommended by multiple locals. It totally met our expectations; the restaurant has a very relaxed atmosphere(seat yourself, inside or outside on the patio). The wine list was not super extensive, but you can pick out your own bottle from the liquor store that is attached to the restaurant. We went with an excellent French pinot based on our server’s recommendation. All our dishes were also excellent: cheese plate, the veal crostini, the octopus(easily one of the best dishes I had in Jackson Hole), and the baked egg in marinara. In addition to tasting great, each dish featured generous portions; this is not your typical tapas place – you will definitely not leave hungry!

The food is amazing and the service is awesome! The female uniforms are obviously made for men. It would be awesome if they had a female uniform that let ladies feel comfortable in what they were wearing. Love this place but can feel the discomfort of the female employees!

Crappy service. Menu is very limited, server wouldn’t take the time to explain things. Not impressed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

We had an outstanding evening at Bin 22 — what a cool spot! Frankie helped us pick out a wine to have at our table and was a very attentive and knowledgable server. We had just eaten at their other restaurant Rendevous Bistro but ordered the duck rillette and octopus to share with our group, and it was so worth stuffing ourselves more for. Highly recommended spot! We will be back to explore the menu and 100s of wines again soon. Note: for the beer nerds out there — they have a great selection of beers by the bottle too. Belgian beers, etc.

Lived up to everything it was billed as and more! Great little spot to grab some delicious tapas with some excellent and reasonably priced wine. I went with 3 meats and 3 cheese option. All were delicious! Let your waiter/waitress guide you in any of the selections, they certainly know their stuff! I found the wine list to be heavily Italian influenced — fine by me! Had their Super Tuscan to start and a Nero d’Avola second. Both under $ 10!!! Now I am not typically a dessert kind of guy, but I was feeling just a little more hungry and wanted something to pair with the Sauternes I had my eye on. So again took the waitress’ suggestion and went with the CHOCOLATESALAMI. HOLYMINDBLOWN! No actual meat involved, but rather dark chocolate, dates, nuts and other goodies rolled together and served slightly chilled. WOW, what a dessert — DONOTMISS! Although pair it with the port, that’d probably go a bit better ;)

Half bottle shop/half tapas bar, this place is definitely very cool. Unfortunately, I can only vouch for the wine store(bottle shop) and not the food. I came across Bin 22 during a business trip to Jackson when I stopped by to get a client a nice bottle of wine. I was instantly intrigued, what didn’t look like too much from the outside, was a warm inviting and upscale restaurant, bar and market inside. I picked up some wine as planned, as well as some cheese and snacks, impressed with both what I saw as well as their collection. Thats when I saw it… the Holy Grail, in the form of one of the more comprehensive craft beer cases I’ve ever come across! I impulse bought way too much, which was easy to do as they had more selections of great beer and rare brews than I have ever seen in one spot, including a few that I’d been trying to track down at length. Behind the store, there was a very hip looking tapas bar, wafting the most amazing aroma into the store, I grabbed a menu planning to come back for food(it looked awesome) and took off happy. I did return the next day, but overnight I was knocked down with a cold, sore throat and all, so my shopping list was only in pursuit of the Hot Toddy. While I couldn’t find everything I needed, the woman at the register took a look at me, caught on to my mission and went and grabbed me some honey and a lemon from the restaurant. «Here you go sweetie, feel better.» and off I was. Unfortunately I never made it back between my work schedule and my cold, but this will be my first stop next time I’m in Jackson.

Loved this place! They have local beers on tap and a great wine selection. The hand pulled mozzarella was delicious– we ordered 3 different ones and each one was good. Everything was fresh and tasty. The wine store has a great selection at a wide range of price points. We got phenomenal recommendations and the guy working picked things within the price point we gave him. He actually even gave us a spectacular champagne that was less than what we were looking to spend. Every bottle we got was a winner. Totally dug this place!

The Jackson restaurant scene is mostly a desert; Bin22 is an oasis in an otherwise bleak landscape. As Bin22 is combination wine merchant, beer store and restaurant, the dining scene is a hidden gem. Upon entering, patrons are confronted with a sea of wine shelves and a wall of large coolers filled with craft(and not-so-craft, I’m talking to you, Budweiser) beers. It’s enough to make one wonder if dining may not be an option. The intrepid who wade through the copies wines for sale to the wine bar/dining area will be well rewarded. Big eaters beware: the menu focuses on small plates. Two to three selections per person are required for patrons to feel sated. Divided into salumi, cheeses, appetizers and«for the table» sections, the compact menu offers some run-of-the-mill and some not-often-found choices. In the tasty watermelon and feta salad($ 8), pepitas play the role of toasty complement while baby arugula provide a spicy bass note. Served medium, the grilled ribeye($ 14) was pink and juicy inside and nicely charred on the outside. Accompanied by roasted potato confit and Tuscan kale, it was delicious. Service is friendly and quick. Used plates are removed promptly and glasses refilled almost immediately. As one would expect, there is a great selection of interesting wines available by the taste, glass and bottle. Beer aficianados are not forgotten: there is a good and ever-changing selection of local brews from Roadhouse Brewing Company. If you are looking for something other than overpriced steaks, poor Mexican food or burgers, don’t be put off by the miles of wine shelves. Get to the Bin22 dining area for a delicious, if pricey, meal.

Perfect find for a low-key relaxed evening. This is part wine shop, part tapas bar. Friendly staff, great heated patio, great food & wine, and cool music. What more can you ask for? We chose two glasses of red wine and you can get either a 2oz or 5oz pour. The garlicky Gulf shrimp, charred octopus over fingerling potatoes, freshly made mozzarella with pesto, and chocolate salami were all sensational. Jackson Hole is lucky to have this place!

My husband and I recently dined here while we were driving through Jackson following our honeymoon in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park. Upon entering Jackson, we had relatively low expectations for dining; Jackson being a small town, we figured we’d be lucky if we could grab some pub-style lunch. We walked into Bin 22, and immediately liked the atmosphere(the blues music playing in the background only welcomed us more). As we took our seats, we were greeted by one of the friendliest waiters I’ve ever been acquainted with. He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal, but wasn’t invasive while we were eating. We started the meal off with a 3 cheese plate – a manchego, a water buffalo milk cheese, and an aged cheddar. The waiter had recommended the water buffalo milk cheese to us, and it was phenomenal. For lunch, my husband had a ribeye steak with a red wine reduction, with sautéed kale and potato confit – it was insanely good. Not too heavy, or too large of a portion, and it hit the spot. I had a prosciutto and peach arugula salad with a light balsamic dressing and crushed pistachios – also, insanely good. We were over the moon with this lunch, and completely impressed. If you’re stopping in Jackson, this place is a must! And, even better if you’re a wine lover – fantastic selection!

Stopped by here for lunch when I was in Jackson a few weeks ago. We ordered the goat cheese crostini, duck rillette, charred octopus, and peach & prosciutto salad. I personally prefer goat cheese warm so I wasn’t a huge fan of the cold, thick goat cheese in the crostini but respect the concept. The duck rillette was delicious and I enjoyed the paste-like texture. The charred octopus and peach & prosciutto salad were both very solid as well. Presentation was consistently good and service was excellent.

Bin 22 is a great restaurant to check out while visiting Jackson. I love the vibe and the food is also a huge treat… the wine selection was also very good. I came here twice during my stay to enjoy the following specialties: Octopus plate-very good dish with a load of flavors. The octopus is grilled with a yummy and light spicy sauce. Spanish salad– fresh arugula salad that paired very well with the octopus. Duck rillette– special plate that makes each bite better and better– make a bite that has a spread with mustard, jelly, pickle, and the outstanding duck! Cheers & enjoy!

Wow! 5-star meal from beginning to end. Similar to the stories in other reviews, my family and I found our way to Bin22 in search of a restaurant in Jackson that was open past 9 pm(why does everything close so early here!). The inside of the restaurant is neat, divided between an impressively stocked wine shop and a casual yet classy dining setup. The service accommodated our request for a table outside, which had even better vibes and warm lighting. Bin22 offers family style seating, which placed us a bit uncomfortably close to another party on a shared table, but not a problem. When it came to the food, each dish was more delicious than the last. The best was the grilled ribeye, which was so flavorful and tender. The 4 of us attacked the meatball, I wished that there was more! The house pulled mozzarella, caprese style, and the goat cheese platter were both quickly devoured as well. Loved the garlic shrimp and Spanish salad too. I recommend Bin22 to everyone who has time for a meal in Jackson Hole! And hoping that a new location opens up in Philadelphia!

This was just really great. My family and I arrived a bit late(about 9pm) to Jackson Hole and needed something to eat. At the time we got out from the Inn were we checked in almost all kitchens were closed. All but Bin22’s as they reopened the kitchen just for us at about 10.15pm. So this was a great start. Bin22 is so nice decorated. Very rustic with wine bottles all over and a wall made as a chalk board for the menu. Bin22 serves a balanced amount of tapas. The waiter recommended 2 – 3 courses per 2 people. I found that 3 fitted perfectly. I had the homemade meatball which was really good. So well flavored. It came with tomato sauce and cheese. I also had dates with chorizo and bacon which was really good as well. Lastly, I had the ribeye steak, which was sooo good. It was so tenderize and full of flavor. It came with potatoes which was kind of redundant though. The waiter was really kind. He took good time to talk to us and recommend sightseeings to go to. Bin22 was a really good experience. If I ever come back to Jackson Hole I will definitely go to Bin22 again and hopefully have more time to explore their wine menu.

What an awesome experience we had at Bin22! Our group came in on a Saturday evening and took over one of the long high-top tables in the main dining room. We started out with several cocktails and a few glasses of wine(great selection of wines I might add!) Since it was my first time to Bin22, I was in the mood to try a little a bit of everything… thank goodness the rest of the group agreed to this, because I got a great sampling of several menu items. My favorites included the following, and I highly recommend each and every one of them: Shishito Peppers Spanish Salad Mushroom Mozzarella Appetizer The Housemade Meatball Charred Wild Spanish Octopus Ice Cream Sandwich We had fantastic service, and our server agreed to split our check which was super helpful with a group our size. The atmosphere was cozy, and I felt like I could have sat there all night drinking vino. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Jackson Hole!
