Bar soild. Food good. Service… can be worked on. Beer prices a little high. Overall not too bad.

Unkept restrooms, unorganized waitstaff, average food, and the environment is like sitting inside a racquet ball court, are just a few critiques. The place has potential, but the details are not being monitored. Customers are better off spending $ elsewhere.

I don’t know why I keep thinking this place might get it together. There are a couple of good servers and a good bartender, that’s what I can say positive about this place. Overall it’s terribly inconsistent, and I have ordered food from here for the last time. Don’t order take out, if you don’t want mayo on a sandwich they must think its funny to put on extra. Their sauces are all over the place, one visit they are good the next its terrible. This place is like the land of misfit toys, a bunch of useless cooks that can’t work anywhere else because they can’t read a ticket or don’t care. I no longer care either, I won’t return.

We stumbled upon this sports bar while trying to find a place to watch the Tigers’ playoff game while traveling. It is a local version of a BW3’s and fit the bill perfectly. Good selection of craft beer and the traditional wings were excellent.

I love it! The atmosphere on Saturday’s watching college football is awesome! The sweet potato fries are one of my favorite appetizers and their BBW sauce is amazing!!! Their entrees are pretty big so you may want to consider ordering something to share. The waitresses are always friendly and up beat. The home run nachos are also really good! Definitely one of my favorite places to go in Jackson.

Once you walk in you’ll feel like you just arrived at Bdubbs because of the atmosphere. Now if you don’t eat at Bdubbs a lot(like myself) you’ll love it here. But if you do, then you’ll most likely prefer your usual flavors. I suggest that you try the parmesan wings here though. I love them(even more than Bdubbs version)!

Somedays this place is great, others not so much. Depends on the wait staff. I have had great service and horrible service in a matter of weeks. Like the food, but sometimes the help drag it down when you have to ask for everything and constantly look for your server. If they had consistantly good staff the place would be great.

Nice looking place knocking off BW3’s, in Jackson. Not a bad selection of draft beers. I went there today and had the Jalapeño Burger. It was a 1⁄3 pound burger topped with bottle cap jalapeño peppers, pico, tomato, and other toppings. I am not a fan of shredded lettuce on my food, but the burger was Ok. The fries were average. They have a good selection of TV’s to view the game, or since Michigan Speedway is close, a good pace to watch a race event. Overall a good restaurant for a beer and wings, but it’s no BW’s.

It’s basically the same thing as a BW3 and the prices are fairly comparable to one too. It’s a sports bar with lots of tvs, several beers on tap, and decent wings. I’ve had great service there and horrible service there but that is not that unique for restaurants in Jackson. The wings are decent but personally I think Rocky Tops are better than their’s. They have quite a few flavors for their wings and it is an ideal spot to catch a sporting event. If you’re in Jackson and looking for a place to catch the game then this would be a good choice.

As everyone else has said, a clone of Bdubs, to the point that if BW-3 actually knew they existed, there would probably be some sort of law suit. Same paint scheme, furniture, even menu format. Wings are good, if not anything special. I do, however, have a few complaints. There’s no trivia, which would be an excellent addition, since nobody else in Jackson does either. Yes, they advertise having like 20 beers on tap, but they’re all basic domestics. I understand the standards like Bub/Miller/Coors products, but do you really need to waste the space with PBR, Natural Lite, etc? The bartender rolled his eyes when I asked if they have Oberon. Really? You’re irritated that I asked for one of the best selling micros in the midwest, which just happens to be brewed an hour away? I’ve also found that they have kind of a weird sports crowd. Usually, a sports bar is about football, b-ball, etc. They seem to be more into UFC and NASCAR(perhaps that explains the Natty Lite on tap). Actually had to request that they put a college football January 1 bowl game on a tv last winter. Finally, the service always seems a little slow.

No… it’s not Bdubs but for Jackson it’s awesome. Great atmosphere, food, and service.

This is a knock off of BW’s. The service is not the best. The food is pretty good. The Kung Fu Teriyaki is the best flavor but not that hot. The buffalo spit is extremely hot for the spice lovers. The tv’s are all newer big screens. It is a great place to watch a sporting event. I’ve learned to ask for Kim as a server. She does a good job but we’ve had some extremely terrible servers here some nights. That’s the biggest knock. If they’re busy don’t expect much service. They are very slow on refilling the beer which is a no no when you’re eating hot wings. Pretty good spot for Jackson. The sports bar atmosphere is great and the food isn’t bad. They just need to work on their service. Prices are similar to BW’s. If you want to watch a game with friends this is probably the best available choice in the Jackson area. They have enough tv’s to have every game on.

If you like BW3’s then you will like this place. Food is okey and well portioned with decent wings. Nice to have in Jackson but not significantly different from other wing shops. There is however no trivia. Service was slow when I was there and it was a little more expensive than the quality insinuates. Worth a try but not a regular haunt for me.

No, you I did not type the name wrong… this is «Buffalo Barbeque Wings», not«Buffalo Wild Wings». The title is about the biggest difference between the two. In any case, that is a positive! They both rock. This is a sports bar with all of the TV’s, bar, beers you would expect. It even looks similar to BW3. The wings are very good. Some of the sauces are different and some are very similar. Their hottest sauce«Buffalo Spit» requires you to sign a waiver before you can eat it. Kinda wierd, but it was good. It was not as hot as the Blazin at BW3 but very close and it had better flavor. Their fries were very good. Extra credit to the bartender Nicole D… girl you should ask the boss for a raise. GREAT service. She even asked how I wanted my fries cooked; crispy or not so much. Wait, what? Who does that? Over all I give the place high marks. Since there is no BW3 anywhere near Jackson, this is a great alternative!
