Carlson’s Automotive and Body Shop

I am 100% happy with my experience. The price was fair and they did an amazing job fixing the damage to my jeep. I also had my jeep detailed and I can’t believe how great the vehicle looks. It looks better than the day I bought it! Best part of my experience was the staff. They were all extremely nice and went out of their way to make me happy. Thank you all again!

Carlson’s was recommended by my insurance company as a preferred shop. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work on my car. The repair required the replacement of the rear quarter panel which is probably the most invasive body repair. The rear bumper was also replaced. It required extensive disassembly of interior and exterior parts. The fender had to be cut out, and a new panel welded in. The paint had to be blended in as well. They used all OEM parts (thanks to NJM Insurance).
They did such a good job… you can’t even tell the car was ever in an accident. The panels fit perfectly and the paint work was excellent. Their welds are actually cleaner than the factory welds on the other side of the car.
Ray the shop manager and Tricia, the office manager were friendly and responsive to my many questions. Delivery date was honest and realistic (and on time). Hopefully I won’t ever be in need of auto body repair ever again, but if I am, I would definitely go back to Carlson’s.
